    Nothing really

Lovely greeting on arrival and made to feel very welcome. Accommodation was in converted containers that were very comfortable and enough space for us. Pool area was very pleasant but only 2 beds which was ok as we were the only ones there at time.

This place is perfect to unwind. The gardens are amazing. The beach box was well fitted out with a bar fridge, kettle & modern TV. The bed was super comfortable allowing us to get good rest. The bathroom was very clean & new plus loved the plant and the fact the ceiling could open for extra light. The staff were so friendly even waiting up for our late check in which was much appreciated as there were factors out of our control on the day of arrival. The staff also organised bike rental and taxi travel for us too. Close to the beach, main street & restaurants. Sam Roi Yot National Park is close by which was the reason for our stay. Beautiful caves & wetlands.

Nothing. May be children will be bored.

The hotel is a true hidden gem, in my opinion, the best place in the area. It’s perfect for those who want to escape from people, hustle, and noise. The hotel features a magnificent garden with a pond with fish and a waterfall. It’s simply amazing to look out the window at the trees or read a book in the shade. The entire hotel area is beautifully maintained with great care, filled with flowers and lovely plants. Guests also have access to a nice pool located on a neighboring property. The hostess and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with excursions and transportation. Fresh towels are provided daily, and room cleaning is available upon request. The sea is just 50 meters away. There are many great restaurants nearby offering delicious Thai cuisine. I highly recommend visiting the nearby Phraya Nakhon Cave—it was an amazing experience!

Water in the shower did not get warm until we realized that that the key is needed on the entrance door to get warm water. Breakfast was ok, coffee could be better.

Box was nice and comfortable! A big window allows a loevely view on the pond and big trees in the inner yard. Calm and cozy to sleep - curtains for privacy. The hosts are very friendly and even helped us to get to our next hotel with their own vehicle. Would stay again definitely!

The WiFi signal was weak upstairs, so we got bumped off sometimes. Not a dealbreaker, especially because the signal was strong in the container rooms downstairs.

The manager was great, accommodating, and the staff was super sweet. It’s right next to the beach and nearby to some good food options. The grounds are really beautiful and the rooms are comfortable. They helped us arrange taxis at a great price (we got quoted a lot higher at other places). It was also really nice to have bikes to use for free!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The owner, Mam, was very friendly and helpful. I was travelling by minibus from Bangkok, and she picked me up by car from the nearest stop (Pran Buri). She also arranged a van to Bangkok for my return trip, which picked me up directly from the hotel and turned out to be quite cheap. I had basically come to see the Phraya Nakhon cave, and Mam organised a motorbike that I could use to get there without needing to book a taxi. I was initially skeptical about the rooms since they were modified shipping containers, but they turned out to be fantastic! They are extremely clean, have all basic amenities including multiple plugpoints right near the bed (something that was missing from many of the hotels I stayed in in Thailand). The windows are large, and the view from the room is amazing. The walk to the beach is barely a minute, and there are a bunch of nice restaurants nearby. The beach was pretty empty when I went, except for local fishermen who go fishing in the morning. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, I would definitely return.

Khun Mam and the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. We had originally planned to stay for 2 nights but booked an additional night as the combination of Songkran celebrations, visiting the incredible sights in the National Park AND having time to chill on the beach definitely needed more time. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and the garden and swimming pool area exceptional. I'll definitely stay here again.

Mam and her staff were so kind and welcoming. They served a wonderful breakfast buffet every morning, shared information about the area, delivered fresh mango for afternoon snacks, lent us kayaks, and took us on a trip to the local market. The beach is absolutely beautiful with lots of things to explore. There is also the pool as another great option. The property is well taken care of and the shipping container cabins are cozy and fun. There were various restaurant options on the beach nearby. We loved this place and so did our two kids! Thank you, Mam.

I cannot express enough how utterly fantastic our stay at Beach Box at Pran was! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that exceeded all expectations. Firstly, let's talk about the location – just a perfect 10 from the mesmerizing sea! The sight and sound of the waves crashing against the shore were an absolute dream, and so many nice restaurants around! Now, onto the rooms – oh my goodness, they were divine! Immaculately clean, cozy, We felt like we were living in a paradise. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast served every morning – it was a culinary delight! Fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the beautiful owner, Mam. She radiates kindness and grace, and her attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect. And who could forget the refreshing pool? A haven of relaxation, perfect for cooling off after a day of soaking up the sun on the beach. Last but not least, the entire staff – they were simply wonderful. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. In conclusion, Beach Box at Pran is an absolute gem. If you're looking for a slice of paradise with top-notch service and unbeatable hospitality, look no further. We cannot wait to return! .

I have no complaints about my stay!

The owner was so wonderful! She went above and beyond to help me enjoy my stay, do all of the sightseeing I wanted to get done and help communicate with local services such as drivers to and from Pranburi and bike rental. The property had bicycles to use (such a wonderful addition) and lots of cozy areas to relax at the property.

    No one really spoke English.

We only stayed there one night as a stopover and it was perfect for that, although we did not see most of the facilities. Most of their rooms are built in modified shipping containers, but we actually received a "normal" room. It was extremely spacious and very clean. What really stood out was the helpfulness of the staff. We had a package that was shipped to their location and they really helped a lot to track it down so we receive it before leaving the area.

    None.

The creativities of adaptation, from the cargo container to be a hotel room style, are incredible and well equipped with small hotel amenities. The warmth welcome and great hospitality from the owner is remarkable. The hotel is very private and peaceful (even not a luxury one, but full house of family relations of the owner). It made us to live here as a “Home.” We spent here for 4 nights and tried for two types of room. The newly renovated classical Bangalow-style is spacious and more comfortable for two people to live in. The owner offered us to move into another creative container-hotel style, because the windy and medium rain has approached and she was a bit worried about the outdoor bathroom, which is still not upgraded to be “automated roof” like other all new creative container-hotel style. The beach is just less than a minute walking from the hotel. The bicycle is a free rental. You can ride and find many good places for dinning, and a small local market is just 2-minute driving to the main road. We enjoyed a lot of local cuisines and people in Pranburi - Sam Roi Yot. If any of you would like to escape from the busiest areas of Hua Hin and Pranburi beach (near Paknam Pran), this small hotel run by a nice family is highly recommended!

You get what you pay for. The hotel is ok but the current rating at 9.5 is honestly a joke. Way overrated… The pool is across the street , quite dirty abd not nice at all. The rooms are very basic. The restaurant looks like a cantine.
