It is a party hostel and we were there to party but there is no point of putting on music full volume at midnight when there is no one hanging out in the bar area. To the point that the bass was shaking the beds. It is supposed to be a party hostel but there was literally very few people hanging out at the hostel area. Most people were on the other places at the beach or in this city. So not much party going on. Showers and toilets were just disgusting. No wonder why people were complaning about bugs.

The only good thing about this place is the location. But don't forget you can't swim at the sea in front of the hostel. It is just too dirty to swim so nobody swims.

Everything is just as described, so no problems! I would advise not to stay here if you’re looking for a quiet/ restful time as it is loud as night but this is expected due to the location of the hostel being on the beach and was stated.

Excellent location, right on the beach - perfect to chill here during the day and comes alive at night. Very helpful staff and clean facilities. Rooms are cleaned every morning and towels are provided. Lovely stay here!

everything, in our room was no window, no space for any stuff, it was very dirty and you could feel the bass of the musik on the wall until 3am. All in all it felt like prison and half of the hostel got sick.

Virus circulating the hostel which we weren’t informed of which has led all 3 of us to be ill for this past week unable to enjoy the last of our travelling before going home. Music very loud which was as expected but rubbish choice of music and two different songs/bass on at each time, beds were brick solid and air conditioning was very touch and go also hot water shower didn’t turn on.

everything apart from the staff. I feel deeply sorry that they have to work in such a facility. everyone was ill and not from drinking. It became known as the blanco illness throughout the island and unfortunately, it ruined our experience of Koh Phi Phi. there was also mould above my friends bed.

there were so many sick people from neuro virus and the receptionist was not helpful my friend was throwing up so bad and still was kicking her out. she got put next to someone already sick so caught it off her. other than that there was mould in the showers and my room was like in a basement with no windows. the room was so expensive for what it is worth.

The staff was very rude to guests and seemed to have ran out of patience since it is high season and it is a young crowd, but we were not expecting to be told off and talked to so rudely as respectful people in their thirties just because other guests can be obnoxious. The AC leaked a pool of water over night that soaked our bags, the bathrooms are extremely filthy and are cleaned only once in the morning, knowing that this is a very busy ans party heavy hostel with young people and lots of alcohol.

The location was good, it is a beachfront hostel but since it is a party hostel the music is blasting until 3am, which was not a problem for us because that is what we wanted.

The hostel was filthy, the showers were covered in mould, the toilets were dirty, the floors were all uneven, broken and dangerous. We had a leaking air con unit which covered our bed in water and when we reported to the staff they said they didn’t know anything about the leak however there was a very conveniently placed towel under the unit to catch said water that had obviously been leaking before. They sent someone to look at it, which is just what they did, just looked at it, it never got fixed. Yes it’s a party hostel, and you expect music, but the DJ may as well have been in our room it was that loud! Great hostel if your standards are very low and you don’t want any sleep, but I wouldn’t say the ratings that they already have are worth it, very misleading when you book the hostel!

the staff was so helpful especially Toulouse was the best ☺️ Really recommend this hostel for the fun time! I recommend to join the boat party for sure! you will be able to meet a group of great ppl! there is a separate bathroom and shower booth in 8ppl dorm.

After travelling south east Asia for the last 5 months, this was the worst hostel we’ve stayed in as far as upkeep of facilities and maintenance of property is concerned. It is so dilapidated and worn (and often broken) in every area it would be easier to knock down and re-build from the ground up. It seems no money has been reinvested into the property whatsoever in a GOOD few years and that’s being generous.

Had a good location right on the beach front and they offer a boat party/tour everyday.
