As feedback, I think it would be a good idea if the windows were better insulated.

The Blu Monkey Hub and Hotel Laguna in Bangtao is an excellent choice for a stay in this area. The location is perfect, with the hotel being close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploration. A 7-Eleven is just 200 meters away for convenient shopping. The service at the hotel is top-notch, and I would especially like to thank Rita for her warm welcome and helpful assistance in finding local activities. Her hospitality and politeness made the stay even more enjoyable, which I truly appreciate.

If you are going somewhere with a taxi make sure you book way ahead as the traffic around this area is crazy Pool was good but very small.

Staff were very nice and polite, help us to check in early, with a welcome drink, hotel location is around a lot of restaurants and supermarkets, special thanks to the Great Receptionist "Rita" very polite and very nice and friendly always offering help, and fun. Rooms and hotel is very clean.

No fault of the hotel but ALOT of construction work going on around the hotel in fact in the whole area so just be warned if staying for longer than 1 night as all you will see are cranes for your views!

Atleast 25 minutes walk to beach. Major construction around hotel and throughout the area (which guests should be made aware of). Slight smell from drains.

Room was a good size and generally smart. Pool on roof was good. Lots of restaurants and shops etc within short distance of hotel.

A bit too expensive is my opinion, most of the staff behind the bar are very unexperienced but kind. I had a free welcome drink - but wanted a cheap small bottle of water instead, was not possible - bizar

The smell of the corridors was a little overpowering - kind of a sewage smell covered up by lots of room air freshener. They were upfront about the issues they had been having, though, and gave us a free upgrade.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. The rooms were big, and the beds were incredibly comfortable - like a 5 star hotel fluffiness! The people on reception were helpful and friendly. The 7th floor is a great place to hang out if you have a late flight - you can opt for a late checkout and just lounge around the pool until your taxi arrives. All in all, a very practical, comfortable place to stay.

There's a bar on the upper level, but it close relatively early.

The price was extremely overinflated but then again I did book at the last minute on New Year's Eve.

The bar staff on top floor seem a bit inexperienced. Maybe need better training. beside that the hotel is excellent. Maybe make the pool lounge chairs smaller and provide side tables.. beside that, its awesome.

Very comfortable bed.. The rooms are very clean and lighting is good. The wifi is very good throughout the hotel. The rooftop pool is nice (but in my opinion the lounge pool beds are too big, and no table beside them to put a drink). the onsite parking is secure and check in staff are very friendly and helpful.

I liked the property and that it is new. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and welcoming and accommodating. Any request I had , they honored it. Will definitely come back again

We arrived to a friendly welcome by was immaculate and very spacious, I enjoyed the facilities very much especially the pool & co working space however the highlight was definitely the support from the staff, all were very kind and accommodating, they made us feel at home straight away. A special mention to Copta & Fang who we became very fond of throughout our time staying at Blu Monkey!

We have extended our stay twice at this hotel. Fang did an amazing job taking care of us both times. We received free room upgrade and late checkout. Food was good and location is great. Very pleasant experience

We stayed at Blu Monkey for almost 2 weeks. Great location. Close to the beach and restaurants. Receptionist Fang did a great job taking care of us. We received free room upgrade and late checkout. The room was clean and spacious. The food was good as well. Definitely a pleasant experience.
