The stairs to get to the room were brutal if you are in the top part good luck. The towels were stinky, even when they give you fresh ones they still smell bad.

IT is 220 steps up to get to your property. 100 steps to reception, the walls of the property are paper thin and you can listen to your neighbours conversations. You can’t sit on balcony without being eaten alive by misquitos. Sliding door lock screws loose and not lockable.

The views from the room are spectacular, the staff are super friendly and it the room has everything you need. Fresh bottle of water everyday. They will get your luggage to and from the pier to your room.

The balcony door cannot be locked due to broken lock, and the main door lacks a door chain, making the stay feel somewhat insecure, especially at night or when leaving belongings unattended. The towels have an unpleasant smell and seem unchanged for a while, raising concerns about cleanliness. The bedding’s freshness is also uncertain, as the high turnover of short stays may encourage reuse, potentially putting guests at risk.

Located in a quiet uphill area with an amazing view. The rooms are generally ok, the AC works well, and the WiFi is reliable.

I stayed in the top house, and it’s very, very high up—you have to climb a lot to reach your room. Everything is very noisy—you can hear neighbors, music from the city, and even people walking in the neighboring house, making the whole place feel like it’s swaying. I do not recommend it for older people, those traveling with children, or anyone with mobility issues. But if you do decide to stay, don’t forget your earplugs.

The stairs up were a killer. We should have researched more although the view is worth it. The rooms were not sound proofed very well and you could hear other rooms quite clearly

Liked everything about this place, just be warned about the number of steps which can be a bit uneven. It is worth it for the view, but if you have issues with mobility this is not the place for you!

The most incredible view! Probably one of the best on the island, we could see both bays from our balcony. The room was reasonably basic, but had everything you needed. We stayed three nights so having shelves to unpack and a few tables to spread out was great. Airconditioning worked well, decent bathroom. Location was great, very central but away from the craziness. As with most places in Phi Phi you can hear the music at night, so advise ear plugs! But the staff were wonderful and room was clean everyday. Very much worth the many steps to get there!
