It gets hot inside the room in the middle of the afternoon between 2-5pm even with the AC on, as the sun hits directly into the room. So it’s the perfect time to go enjoy the beach and take a swim :) It’s pretty noisy at night because of the bars on the beach… bring earplugs or noise cancelling earphones.

Rooms were very clean despite being old. The view was amazing. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony at night. The staff were extremely nice. It’s nicely located on top of a hill in Phi Phi town. The AC worked well except in the middle of the afternoon. They have luggage transfer service to and from the pier.

risk of monkey stealing your stuff! maybe a bit needing renovation. rooms are a bit small. noisy drunks coming back from the party at 2-3-4 am.

The location was great. Only a short walk from just about everything. There are some stairs, but that didn't bother us. the hotel does have a service to bring your bags and cases to and from the hotel, so no worries about having to carry all your stuff up the stairs. View from balcony was one of the best on the island I think. Clean and cozy. Music from the beach party barely audible, but we were on the lower levels.

The room was a bit dirty and in very bad condition (wholes, etc.). The houses are made of thin wood so you hear every breath the neighbours take.

Amazing view!!!! The room is very basic and dated but the view... OMG... breathtaking. The bed is comfortable, you get soap and shampoo, hair drier. The receptionist and the "lobby boy" is very nice :) :)

TV didn't work and the room gets very hot while you are away as the AC only works when your key is in key slot. However, it cools down quickly once you get it going. You do get the bar music noise drifting up at night though it's muffled and winds down at a reasonable hour (by Thailand standards). I think you probably hear the bar beats everywhere in Phi Phi Don!

Very close to the village so never very far to walk. Room was a good size and having a balcony with a view was great. Look out the window in the morning to one of the best views in Thailand. The room is fairly basic but to be expected for budget accommodations. AC and Wifi worked great. Staff were wonderful and made arrangements to transport our luggage to and from the hotel, which is very much appreciated after seeing so many other tourists dragging their bags around town.

I was aware of this but it is a bit of a climb not to be done as somone who dosent do well with the heat as you will be sweating by the time you get to your room . Asides from that I can't complain about anything.

Great place to stay, if you are looking for few nights accommodation. Place was clean everything you need is there. Water bottles everyday. They will bring your luggages to hotel, which is very helpful. Staff is very friendly. Beware of monkeys, but we had no problems with them 🙂 nice view from balkony pays those steps you need to climb.

Lots of steps to get to the hotel/the room. Bed was VERY hard, we experienced a lot of hard mattresses across Thailand but this was definitely the hardest, we did still managed to sleep okay though.

Very friendly staff, room was clean and had everything you needed! Pick up at the pier (luggage only, no cars in the island) this is super helpful in the heat! They also very kindly carry your luggage up all the steps and to the room.

Not suitable if you are elderly, pregnant or unfit as we had 200 steps to walk up until we reached our room. Enquire if you can have a room on a lower floor as it can be quite tiresome in the heat!

The wifi wasn't stable. It can be a bit loudly in the evening/early mornings. It's be great if there were mosquito nets on the windows.

The location is great, it's in the nature and you can see the monkeys from your balcony. It's a small room with everything you need, they even give you few water bottles but only on the first day. Be aware that you'll have to walk up the stairs (it was around 100 to our room) but it's nothing to worry about. The bed was very comfortable.

I was at the very top. There was a lot (170) of stairs to it. I already knew this on booking it. It was hard going, so I tried to do 2 journeys a day as I was there for 3 nights. The views made it worthwhile

n/a… We didn’t mind the stairs but this is something to consider if you are unfit / older as there is no lift - the only way to get up is the stairs. It is fairly loud from the bars on a night but we didn’t mind this either! The showers aren’t the most powerful but they do the trick. Bed is a little hard but fine for 3/4 nights :)

The blue view house has amazing views from the balcony, however this comes with a lot of stairs / steps (210 to our room on floor D) so this was a hike every time we needed to access the room but we didn’t mind it! The rooms are average but they have everything you need in them for a comfortable stay & the aircon is very good! The staff are extremely helpful, always happy and smiley & jump to help out with luggage up the 100s of stairs & take your luggage to the pier for you! They also supplied us with loads of bottles of water for the room which was lovely, especially after the stairs :)

The rooms were slightly dated and there were a good few steps up to your room, so it wouldn't be suitable for anyone with difficulty walking.

Price was expensive for quality but Koh Phi Phi seems to be one of the more expensive islands. Rooms had very thin walls.

it didn’t bother us much but if you’re not very fit be aware there are a lot of steps to the rooms (208 to ours) was a good challenge though in the heat but be aware
