Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BrazilVery thin walls, tin roof, when it rains it sounds like an orchestra in your head. The shower doesn't get hot, the doors are hard to open and close, they feel like they're going to fall down. The furniture is uncomfortable. The positive point is the people, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Overall the place needs more attention in maintenance.

United KingdomThere is a lot of stairs but that’s not really a bad thing, you get to lose a few calories for your beach body!
I have to give the best review mostly because of how helpful the staff has been. It was of course very comfortable and clean but a big thank you to everyone working there. I got sick on the last day and they did everything they could to help, someone even carried me up the stairs to my room because I felt too sick. Very nice view of phi phi and 5mins away from all the shops, restaurants and bars.

TurkeyFirst of all, you have to climb 100 meters of stairs to get to your room. There is no elevator or anything. The water in the rooms was brown for 3 days and the pressure was too low to take a shower. The safety box in the room are not working.

LithuaniaThe noises from beach bars at night are very loud and heard perfectly in your room at this hotel. The room itself isn't at its best state, quite old and worn off. The closest beaches are not good for swimming, the ones that are nicer, are quite hard to reach in this heat on foot, but doable.
The location is close to everything, you just have to keep in mind that there are quite a lot of stairs. Nice view from the windows.
