Clean room, nice shower and hairdryer, and good view from balcony. But for someone maybe little bit uncomfortable, because need to climb high up the stairs, but it’s good for the body. If you eat too much and get high, you will lose your calories :)

A nice clean room with a nice view. I liked watching the monkeys outside. The room is basic with all he necessities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is good - near the stairs that lead to the beautiful Koh Phi Phi viewpoint. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

It war not the cleanest and a bit outdated.

The view was very nice although we had one of the rooms further down. The staff was very nice. It was ok clean. The stairs are heavy (We didn't believe it before either) but it is worth it. You can hear the music from the bars but really only very quietly.

The view is just amazing! We could see the both sides of the seas and have a coffee in the beautiful balcony enjoying this. The receptionist it’s so lovely and happy, wonderful. All the staff actually just great. The room super clean and comfortable, of course when we back to Phi Phi, we’ll stay in this room again.

Rooms were very outdated, especially the restrooms. Sheets and towels did not feel clean. Just a lack of cleanliness overall which was not ideal after a long day in very hot and humid weather. I found that there were nicer and more conveniently located hotels on the island for the same if not a better price.

Bit of a Stairy sort of situation (there were quite a bit of stairs to climb) so you might be a little out of breath getting to the room.

Loved the view and the staff. Room was clean and we were generously offered an upgrade.

We didn’t find an issue with the stairs as it gave us a great view from our room and was good exercise. The staff helps with luggage too.

The view was spectacular! The staff were really nice and very friendly. The location was quiet and away from the party area. The room was the perfect size for 2 people and very clean.

The views are absolutely amazing, the room was comfy and clean and they organise someone to take your luggage to and from the pier which is so helpful. All the staff were so friendly and smiley. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Phi Phi

A bit far from the centre of town. You have to walk across the beach with luggage to get to reception. Some of the rooms can be quite far from reception. The resort feels a little run down. The room is outdated compared to what the photos would have you believe. The pool is located randomly on the opposite side of the resort you probably won't bother using it. The bathroom was the biggest issue. There was mold on the walls and the shower curtain. The shower itself is passable. Our toilet wouldn't flush properly on arrival and in fairness it was dealt with but we had a similar issue a few days later.

We loved the staff, they made arrival and departure so easy by carrying our bags to and from the ferry dock to our room. The view was beautiful! It was nice to be up in the hills and out of the bar streets. We loved the daily water provided.

There was a crack around the entire wall tiles. I worry about the structure. The window is loose on the balcony doors. Many steps but worth it for view

- the stairs, the stairs, the STAIRS. Going up there is such a hike which a few people said here but let me tell you it was a HIKKKKEEEEE. I don’t recommend staying here if you’re not fit. I’m a Uk18 and the hike was so difficult for me. Unless you enjoy hikes I wouldn’t come here. - bed and pillow were rock hard. My boyfriend woke up with back and neck pain - cracks on the walls - should be more like €6 per night not €12 - in the stairs as we were climbing up to our room that’s was a bit of a smell like pee?

We had the end room and could hear the vibrations of the beach party through the wall until late. Other rooms might not be as much of an issue.

The kindest owners and staff who went above and beyond to help us! We even got a free upgrade to a ocean facing balcony room with lovely views. Room was comfortable with good A/C, hot shower, fridge, TV. There are a lot of steps but they have people to help carry your bags and it’s a good workout. Great value for money.
