The room was very nice and big enough, the located area are nice and not so far away from the centre, around the location a lot of bars and restaurants.

The property is a bit old. First night we had mosquitoes in the room and we didn’t stop before to kill all of them. The problem I guess is because housekeeping is keeping the door open while cleaning and as all around is nature they just can’t avoid it.

Breakfast is a la carte. Order in breakfast room and they bring to your table. Except for fruits and coffee and toast. I liked the plain yogurt offered there, not sweet.

The restaurant food was overpriced compared to local restaurants.

The fitness center and spa were amazing. The staff were great, always helpful at the front desk, and the cleaning of the rooms was very efficient.

The Complete stay at the hotel was wonderful, it is well maintained, and has all the amenities you can ask for ( pool, breakfast,lunch dining area with room service, the staff are very accomodating, happy and lovely and always made me feel welcome. My room had everything i needed with a nice outdoor balcony and lovely garden out the front door. It was always kept clean by the wonderful staff and what else can you ask for? i had lovely breakfasts everyday thanks to Shar-po an Eye overseen by Phi who made sure it all ran like clock work and new all our names, also had a couple dinners there as well which were all very tasty. I used the bar occasionally while basking in the sun and swimming in that lovely pool always had friendly service with a smile. I can recommend this place to any person. Thankyou to reception who always helped us , thankyou to room maintance and cleaning, we felt like royalty, and once more thank you to bar and restaurant you made us feel so special.

Lovely hotel, rooms with a good view of Phuket. Lots of space in the room and fairly large bathroom. In a quiet area but also within walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Only a minor gripe, but wasn't expecting a lot of steps. There is a lift but only to selected floors. Thereafter it meant lugging a 25kg suitcase up two flights of stairs, but the bell boy saw to that and was happy with a small tip. Swimming pool lovely, but a bit grimy on the tiles and could do with a pressure wash!

Because we were a party of three, a single room was not on offer. Instead we were given two rooms - each with a large double bed. Not a problem for those of us who snore...it meant we all got a good nights sleep. The breakfast was good and set us up for the day. All staff were lovely and helpful. I thought it was great value :)

While the pool was great, I think it could use some deep cleaning.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a big balcony with a nice view. Relaxing swimming pool close to the breakfast/bar area. Breakfast itself was alright. I absolutely loved the restaurant room service - there's a qr code in your room that you simply scan on your phone and you can order whatever you want from the menu with a few clicks (you can pay in cash or when you're checking out). There's also a lively market ~5min on foot from the resort.

A very good Resort, located at central location near Patong, Bangla road area. I felt everything wast at walking distance like 7/11, other eateries and markets. They have good swimming pool with a bar/cafe near byand well equipped gym(Biggest one i have seen). Staff is very supporting and attentive. Value for money i can say.

Access was a little difficult with lots of stairs and a bit of a hike to the room.

Was a good location and nice relaxing time with a large clean room and balcony. Staff were friendly and pool was good as was fitness centre that was a full Gym attached to resort

The doors of the rooms are tricky to close. The area is noisy with a big road next door , had to close the doors for the night becausei it was too loud.

The pool area is really nice. The restaurant is affordable and delicious, they made me vegetarian options not on the menu. Reception staff speaks good English. The room is huge, the bad is comfortable.

People from the hotel were very nice and helpful, service in the hotel’s restaurant and cleaners up to the standards. I highly recommend to book a spa session, very relaxing and private experience. Great location !
