Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I guess it was only my problem in the particular room - 709, the compressor of AC when it started to cool the room was so noisy so I could hardly sleep without earplugs. As I was staying in the hotel with my parents, they had the room 701 I compared and everything was good there, take this into account. But if you're not so sensitive to noise when sleeping, in might not be a problem.
The staff was really nice, breakfast was great and the hotel was clean and cute. The location of the hotel is pretty convenient it's near the LRT station and a park.

Breakfast buffet was quite average. Wall sockets need some updating as some didn't work effectively.
Good location close to everything, train, shops etc. Breakfast buffet was average, overall experience was good. Staff very friendly and attentive to your needs.

There is no washing machine in the room and there is no halal food in the menu and buffet + put a small carpet in the room the pool is very small
The location + the golf car that takes the guest to the BTS for free

Location wise, it is slightly out. Walk to nearest BTS is about 15 minutes. If anyone don't mind the waling and wanted a little bit of exercise, this hotel is most ideal.
Rooms are quiet and clean. Good for business traveling and / or people who like to have a restful night.

Great hotel, large selection for breakfast, swimming pool, very nice staff, restaurant, large rooms, good location. Beds were very hard, apartments starting to get a little dated, swimming pool quite cold.

As in most hotels with bathtub the water runs on the corner through shower curtain (and I am not a fan of curtains as they are not new usually)
Good location, walking distance to Lumphini park and Chit Lom sky train station (they also have a tuk-tuk who can take you there for free). Great breakfast, friendly staff and really clean everywhere. Comfy beds, good wi-fi.

Rooms looking a little dated. Swimming pool small and under cover, no direct sunlight to pool. Affluent road. Few cheap eats, pricey dining and bars. We had a visiting cockroach (which happens...it's not surprising in Thailand). Mentioned it to reception who didn't seem overly bothered and simply said "what do you want us to do"? Not much they can do, but perhaps a "terribly sorry to hear that, we'll get the room sprayed"... that's all they can realistically do. The room was certainly clean enough, cockroach had just lost its way...
Spacious 2 bedroomed suite. Living area, Dining area, full fridge, washing Shuttle Tuk-Tuk to Skytrain Upmarket road that's not too noisy very friendly Tuk Tuk shuttle drivers Concierge / Porter was extremely polite and helpful. A very nice young man. 7-11 Short walk up road. Morning stroll towards Skytrain and you can find "Moo Ping" - pork satay sticks - waffles, croissants etc, all freshly cooked either by side of road or inside Mercury mall.

None - we love it all I miss the bathroom 😀 sorry nice to have a toilet seat - I want to get one for my home😅
Everyone was nice, speaks English , breakfast everyday was good , the lobby is clean and smells nice , we had a nice city view from our room , it’s very spacious, nearby are nice places to dine , free tuktuk ride was an adventure and fun - thanks everyone and everything was to our liking
