ThailandNoise from landing area needs a bit of sound proofing. Person walking towards their rooms; all conversation could be heard. Acoustics are very echoey.
Overall the room was a really good size. Great bed. Separate dressing area was unexpected & kept thing out the way; rather than dumped on bed etc.. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was a nice area. Well organised.

OmanThe breakfast in the restaurant majority was non halal And most of it is Chinese food , it should contain variety of international food and Arabic food also , The wheel chair ramp leading to the reception should follow the slope ratio of 1:10 It’s very steep even a normal person can’t use it It’s impossible to reach to the plinth level of the ground floor .

SingaporeWe took a family room but comes with 1 bath. Room is very spacious. Topping up of bottled water is on a daily basis and any additional request for water is chargeable. There is tuk tuk shuttle that takes you to Chit Lom station. Max of 6 pax at any 1 time. Location is walkable to chit lom station as well, 10mins walk. Walkable distance to Big C, approx 30mins. Nearby there is 7-11, in fact there is 3 of them. There are also massage nearby, 4 shops with different price point. Day time, there are street stalls selling a variety of food.

IndiaThe shuttle was unavailable when needed and at another time took upwards of 20 minutes of waiting to arrive. At another time it was unavailable for more than an hour. A schedule would largely help out.
The location is very good. You have Lumpini park at a walkable distance and on the other side the Chidlom BTS. The staff are really helpful. Both are walkable. However the property has a free shuttle to the BTS. The buffet breakfast was good with a limited spread and gets repetitive for a longer stay.

United KingdomThe wooden furnitures are a bit old and too many empty cupboards.
The location is nice, 10 mins walk to Chidlom BTS station or you can take the hotel’s free tuk tuk aprrox. in every 15mins. There is also a shopping mall just few mins walk from hotel with many restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful, offer us an early check in and late check in which make our journey very smooth.
