Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

All is perfect. The swimming pool was a bit too small for our liking.
Breakfast buffet was good with a variety of food selection. However, the bread selection was very limited. Would be better to add more.

The decor of the rooms was dated and old. There was a crack in my sink where dirt got in.
The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was not wide but it was still satisfying and enjoyable. The staff were warm and helpful. The lobby smelt nice and you get free flow of drinks at the lobby in the afternoon which was fantastic. Wi-fi was strong. There were two 7-11 within walking distance and no shortage of restaurants and food nearby. The hotel location is away from the busy crowd but still near enough. Overall our favorite hotel out of the three we stayed in during this trip.

Breakfast was overcrowded.
The two-bedroom apartment was a little bit tired but very clean and well equipped. One of the housekeeping staff voluntarily unloaded the washing machine and neatly folded the clean laundry - well beyond the call of duty and very impressive. Thank you.

Only one toilet we stayed many 2 bedrooms hotel all had 2 shower and toilet here for5 people was not perfect location good but need walk 10 min bts and alive street . Or use grab . Ohh the aircons or it cool you freeze or you sweat never stable we try 23 was freeze we put 24 we sweat . I think the filters not clean so also very noisy .
Nice 4 star hotel we had 2 bedroom apartment. Had kitchen and laundry/dry machine . Staff good pool nice have shuttle tuk tuk to bts location near lumphini but 10 min walk to everything was nice stay pool nice sauna goof . Niceview of city and very quiet rooms.

Had a few issues with my room which was instantly fixed thanks to the AMAZING STAFF!!! No complains :)
Very inviting and spacious! The hotel was perfect, i am definitely returning here on my next trip. It was a dream!! The free tuktuk rides especially were so convenient getting to and fro the BTS and malls. My room was practically a little airbnb. Loved it sooooo much, can’t wait to be back!

The lift has no ventilation &you feel like you are caged in it. The hotel didn't attend to request to turn on air conditioning, they gave me a room thats hot as hell, the tempwas like 40 degrees in the room.
