Family room was big and clean. Had a comfortable stay. Staff were really helpful and courteous and its close to where we need to be.

The laundromat wasn’t free ( we were spoilt by Centrepoint Silom - we had a washing machine /dryer in our own room) . Not a big deal anyway- not like we had to wash our clothes everyday! The distance to Chidlom BTS was abt 5-7 mins walk .(Again,we were spoilt by Centrepoint Silom where the BTS was just beside the hotel building - Not a big deal anyway too,cos we were living in downtown already ! Centrepoint Chidlom is a good place to stay ,we were just spoilt by Centrepoint Silom where we stayed prior to our stay here .

Location was in the downtown vicinity of Bangkok. New,big and clean rooms ,free tuk tuk shuttle to Chidlom BTS. Walking distance to Centra Chidlom and Central Embassy ,sky bridge connection to Siam area,Big C (10,15 mins )Platinum Mall (20 mins) . There’s coin laundry service on the 4th floor and a vending machine that dispenses snacks for free using the credits that’s stored in the room key card . Rooms were modern ,clean and big - it’s nice to wake up to skyscrapers of downtown Bangkok!

Great location and complimentary tuk tuk to Chitlom station was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. The hot chocolate was a particular hit for us. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large and clean with a small kitchenette, which was great.

The shower is very very short (you have to fix that), the bathroom is a bit small ,the living room a/c is noisy , the bedroom curtain don't block the sunlight ,the living room sofa looks old ,the hotel is a bit isolated and far from the bts station.

Very polite stuff everywhere (special thanks to the house keeping) ,very good decoration ,large room (suite) with a well equipped kitchen and large dinning table ,strong a/c ,a several wardrobe and storage everywhere ,2 large desks ,i like the light switches locations ,good washing machine with drayer, i like the japanese toilet seat ,thanks for the great managment ,the hotel exeeds my expectations .

The suite was great, worth the little upgrade, so much space, very comfortable beds, and cleaning was 10\10. A washing machine and dryer in room was so helpful. Taxis outside hotel so easy to get to places.

No dishwashing soap though there is a washing area. Bed ought to be placed in the centre of room as it was too close to window. Almost impossible for one to get in and out of bed.

There is nothing I don't like. I like everything.

I love everything about this hotel. I have now stayed here four times in 6 weeks while traveling around Bangkok, Thailand. The best thing about the hotel by far is the concierge by the name of "K". He is fantastic and he will help you get anything that you need with a smile on his beautiful face and a twinkle in his wonderful eyes! Very rarely. Do I get to meet someone who is this personable, likeable, authentic, genuinely helpful and nice. There is no falseness in this man. He has helped me to replace my lost credit cards and he has allowed me to have things delivered to the hotel even when I was staying across the street. He helped me to find the best rate at another hotel because his hotel was full. He's just a wonderful, wonderful man and if you stay here and you get a chance to meet him, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. I would highly recommend this hotel and have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

The rooms need a little workover. It loks old and tiring. Putting potpuri or scent or bubble bath soap can help. Some colourful paintings can do wonders too. The housekeeping need extra care to place all items, they were rather forgetful.

The frontline service were polite and helpful especialyy Ms Charolette and Ms Mary.

Despite making the reservation long ago and giving specific requests, the front office manager called Chai on 26 November at 12.10 am, did not provide the requests and even said to the extent that shall not be providing the room to a guest who has been staying for months at this hotel. Shall not stay ever again as the hotel does not care of loyal customers for basic requests and keep finding excuses on how to delay.

I only had one thing that I wanted them to change and that was the temperature of the pool but that was simply because I can't stand a chill pool. I don't know what temperature it was but it wasn't warm enough for me so I only stayed in for about a minute. But the surrounding area around the pool, the furniture and everything is beautiful and there's more than enough to keep kids entertained, and adults entertained and there's a wonderful lounge where you can sit and then I would imagine that the fitness facilities are also very good but I didn't check them out cuz I usually go for a 10 km walk everyday

I really liked everything. The room was beautifully appointed. The kitchen was full of useful items and the bathroom was more than adequate to do a bit of hand washing. Have a lovely shower. Have a bath. I mean it was really really spectacular, not to mention there was a sliding glass door that could open so you could go out onto the balcony and have your door open during the day and not have to suffer with air conditioning if you didn't want to. And I hate air conditioning so that was a huge plus for me. The staff are incredibly friendly from the front desk staff to the cleaning stuff to the guards outside of the front gate. I didn't get a chance to sample the food because I tend to cook for myself when I'm in a hotel and I didn't use the gym facilities but I did use the pool and it was lovely. Beautifully decorated and furnished and very refreshing after a hot day. I would highly recommend this property and I will be returning with my friends and family.

the fact that you can't direct the airflow of the aircon.. it blown on the bed which while sleeping it could be annoying. the remote control didn't works properly. As personal like I would have preferred a shower instead of the bathtub, hot water is a bit swinging.

Location is perfect. Room is very spacious and nice wardrobe area. it's a full appliances such as a proper fridge, microwave, induction cooking top, sink, all cutlery.

I might except the old furniture but cockroach, bee, mosquito and ant around the room is disgusting. One of the reception staff was blocked/deactivate my room card without informing me. When I asked her, why? She said, you did not paid the full amount of your stay. She known that the hotel payment device had problem when I checked in. Deposit/advanced payment was done by me because the hotel payment device wasn't working. Moreover, when I asked her to call the on duty supervisor; her answer was I am the supervisor but she wasn't!!! I was insisting to see her supervisor or I will raise my issue to booking support staff. Then, her supervisor came and the issue was explained to him with no tangible reaction. It is really not good when you take other's roll. I would say I was in the jungle during my stay😣 and good to be back to my home in safe.
