The hotel is very clean and pleasant. Very convenient location - 1 minute to the metro station. Nearby there is a morning market, many cafes and shops. This is my second time staying here and plan to return.

The host Annie was super nice and helpful! She had answers to everything and recommended what to do and see in the city. The room was also comfortable. A hot shower with great water pressure. That’s not so common in South East Asia. If I’ll return to Bangkok, I’ll definitely book this accommodation again!

I would only say that the facilities are basic. My personal bathroom was located on the next floor up. This is only a slight negative just like the facilities. It is a basic hostel but then it is super cheap so this is not a complaint. I would 100% not hesitate to stay here again.

I loved meeting Annie the owner. She made my stay so wonderful. He is super helpful and nothing is an inconvenience to her. The location is pretty good snd only a close walk to the shops and restaurants. My room and the hostel is super clean and tidy. There is a very relaxed atmosphere there.

Local area, local vibes,local market,local food just how I like it in a new city. 50m from BTS train so I literally travelled all over Bangkok with ease eating street food in all corners. Easy access to fancy malls and higher end night life via the train. Also the host was amazing and helping 10/10.

Great owner, communication, location, and facilities. Comfortable room with a window, nice natural sunlight. Air conditioning and fan. Super clean. Very close to the Bang Chak BTS station, vegetarian food, buses, and local markets.

Our room had no window so it was hard to handle the jatleg without seeing daylight

Annie was super nice, she helped us a lot. The room was clean, there were towels and a hair dryer too, A/C and ventilator.... It's easy to reach from the airport. For the tourist center (temples,khoan san road) you always have to go first with skytrain then switch to MRT. That's a bit annoying / expensive but it was okay. the hostel has a kitchen, fridge, freezer, microwave, water boiler you can use that was amazing! Thanks for everything

The water from the shower was a little weak.

The host was super friendly, she even had a little map in each room to suggest where to go. She answer all our questions about Bangkok and was very nice to our requests. The location is a bit far from the famous attractions and malls, but it gives the quiet and chill atmosphere, and it's also very near to BTS station. The house was very clean with hot water, cozy beds and big window. The bathroom is outside our room, but private and have fragrant soap and shampoo. We definitely had a great time staying there.

It was my third time staying with Annie, this place has been my first choice whenever I come to Bangkok. Annie was and always still the best host. This time I went for food trip, and yes as always that area never disappoint me - variety of food and restaurants. Bedroom, bathroom, lobby area and everywhere were super clean like every time. This time was more special for me because while I was working at the lobby during the day, Annie went extra mile and gave me a lot of suggestions. Love her and her place, it's always feel like home.

Once or twice there was no toilet paper in the toilet and I had to loan the roll from the other toilet. A very minor thing. There is no elevator and the stairs are quite steep.

Good location close to the BTS, very clean. Good internet connection, big kitchen free to use it. The owner lady is extremely helpful and accommodating. For the price, this is a steal.

This was the first place we stayed on arrival to Thailand. Annie's welcome made it feel like home! She was so warm and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
