Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The tub 🛀 was unfortunately not clean, there were some dirt pieces and when I tried to clean it with water the water was flowing very slowly away from the tub Probably could be solved with the personnel but I was staying just 1 night so I didn’t bother

The bed was a bit hard for me apart from that it was all good
We really did have a great time here. We had a Villa with a pool we was really chilled out there. It was So good that we decided we will be coming back for 2 weeks In February.

There is a spot on the balcony where birds can stay and might dirty the balcony, which makes it less enjoyable.

Had to walk along a busy road to get to beach. 5 mins walk away. But beach was great. A minor issue. Villa was fab.

The bed was too hard also there was a slightly smell of humidity during the evenings when you have everything closed.
The villas are super confortable considering the private pool! Also there’s some small touches like the sleepers and the bathrobes that give some extra points

Location in a busy main road
Great hotel, fantastic welcoming and smiley staff who went above and beyond. Location is on a busy main road do not the idyllic island life we were hoping but a great location to visit the elephant Sanctuary. Visited 20+ years ago to the island and it’s changed so much and very westernised so sadly taken the soul out of the island,

Bath and sink in room would not drain. Location forces you to walk directly on the road beside traffic to get to nearest shops/restaurants.
Good pool, good food, offered a cheap airport transfer service.

Location was not good, the property is on a main road with no path so walking alongside cars. There was basically nothing within walking distance either.
Clean basic rooms, had a very cute elephant made from our towels.

There were flying ants in the bathtub every morning for some reason?? I have no clue where they came from but it was not a pleasant sight to see every morning. There was also quite a gap between the door and the floor, and considering that the hallway is outdoors, there were many bugs that could get into the room. I had to lay a towel in the gap in order to prevent the vast amount of bugs flying into the room. I understand that this is an island, and there are bugs, but that gap did not bring any good. Cleanliness is personally very important to me as I do want to just feel clean in the room that I am staying in. Overall, the cleanliness is quite tolerable and it certainly is understandable due to location.
The breakfast was nice, had a good selection and was provided at a good time frame. The room cleaning services were also very consistent and up to standard. I loved the shuttle that they provided to main areas such as the Central mall and the beaches, always punctual and very convenient, since a taxi would cost around 300 Baht each way. This helped us cut down on transport costs a little. They did cut off water a couple of times due to repairs, but this was handled very well with notices and the staff were also very helpful with this. I liked that there was a balcony with a drying rack, very helpful 😀. The air conditioning is good and can be easily adjusted with the remote. The fridge was also very useful for enduring the hot weather.
