This property was absolutely amazing. Everything about it was amazing! The room was beautiful and had everything in it you could need, the pool was great along with the staff who were so kind and helpful! And the food was delicious with a great variety for all. Best hotel I have stayed in a long time.

The mattress was uncomfortable but when asked about this a topper was added to the mattress which made it a little more comfortable

Villa with pool did not meet expectations. Bathroom and toilet rooms painted dark grey were not in keeping with the rest of the apartment. Shower was just a head on the wall, no shower screen so water went everywhere. Only mirror was below an orange light shade, could not get ready properly in this light. Disappointed overall, to pay extra for the ‘villa with pool’ was not worth it. Pictures on site are better than reality unfortunately.

As it is on the main road, it can be a little noisy on the balcony or the pool area from traffic, but this is to be expected in Samui. The room itself is completely quiet!

First of all the staff are INCREDIBLE!! I can’t thank them enough for all the help they provided. The place has pretty much everything you could want - a pool where you can also tan as the sun isn’t blocked, there is laundry and room service!! There is daily room cleaning too. The location is very good, if you drive then it’s pretty perfect; I can’t drive but the Villa offers free transfers to the nearest beaches (10-15min drive depending on traffic) throughout the day - they also pick you up if you arrange a time. I had such a nice time here, the bath was a definite bonus and looked beautiful! Thank you for such an easy and pleasant stay and special thank you to the staff for being so kind and amazing!

Even though everything was in the range of 5-10km, cabs were expensive. In house food was just average. Private pools were on the smaller side.

The room looked okay visually but once we started using the amenities it became obvious it was not going to be a great stay. Firstly when we walked in the room smelt like mold which came from the bathroom. The back of the toilet had mold all over the caulking and the shower/ bathtub had seams which water could leak through as I assume under there could be full of mold. Secondly the bed was comprised of two single bed, one side was completely collapsed as the springs must've been damaged and was sagging. The hotel is out of town so will need you own transport to get around. Pool is not well maintained either.

Hardest beds in Thailand. Ants all over the room and just needs a bit of an upgrade in the rooms in general. Looks a bit run down! A bit outside of where all the restaurants and bars are. U do need a taxi to get there.

The room wasnt clean the floor was sandy, the room was damp, the pillow was smelly, the room had so many mosquitoes and ants, the bed was not comfortable we could feel every spring on our back and it did not have the bed topper. The hotel should not pass as a 4-star hotel. I would say 3 star at best.

the restaurant is of extremely poor quality, there is no coffee only instant and it costs as if it’s fancy cappuccino the rooms aren’t old, they are ancient, probably clean but it looks like mirrors have never been cleaned. the mattress is really bad we had to stay for only 1 night, but I wouldn’t stay longer if your budget is around 50$ look for something else , worth half of it

bed was awful, couldn’t get to sleep, given mattress toppers that didn’t fit the bed. tiles missing from pool floor so couldn’t let daughter near as would of cut her feet. food was very poor also. awful stay to be honest

the breakfast was really not up to standard and can really be improved but for this price, nothing much can be said. beds were really hard and not very comfortable. not really many facilities other than a pool. the restaurant food price was slightly higher than food outside the hotel but it is to be expected from hotels. the restaurant doesn’t have any sort of music or whatever which makes it rather boring to dine there.

the bedsheets were quite clean and cosy and the staff was really nice and really friendly. the shared pool was rather clean and good depth for most families. hotel provides free shuttle service to chaweng central samui which is convenient as the transport from the hotel to central samui is about 300 baht if you were to take a taxi or the public transport.

First room I was given had some sort of bugs nest in it. Second room I was given as a result of the complaint had unwashed sheets which smelled like the previous persons stay. There was also blood in my bed (which wasn’t mine). I told reception whose solution was to notify the manager which didn’t reply.

I liked that it wasn’t too far if you had a moped/bike to get you to the centre.

The pictures give the impression that the place is modern, when it is actually quite old and shabby. Paintwork is poor, lift and walkways dirty with cobwebs and dirt, and the room was simply not up to scratch. It's clearly seen better days and the pics you see on the listing are probably when it first opened, which must have been a long time ago! I felt cheated, as the place and room were tired. The bath had stains, there was damp coming through the bathroom paint, etc. Avoid.

Honestly nothing. The staff at check-in were friendly but from there it was all downhill.
