The hotel is right on the beach which is beautiful and plenty of loungers and restaurants along the beach. Our room was right by the pool which was very big and not too cold. Great location and staff were very helpful.

A little tried and dated throughout the resort but knew this ahead of booking a 3 star. Breakfast buffet was very repetitive but they changed on my final morning for a menu set up and was much better.

Stayed in a Bungalow leading down to a wonderful beach area with great facilities for residents including free sun lounger on the beach and very attentive staff. Room was a little dated but still very clean and attended too daily by cleaner without prompt. Location is perfect if you want a quiet pocket of the island - Only a few bars however and crazy amount of massage options.

This is an amazing place. The staff is really welcoming and service oriented. I was alone and wanted to be quiet and this is the perfect place both for staff and customers. The beach is probably the most beautiful of Koh Samui. So if you look for something nice and good value for money, quiet and relax then you should book there.

The breakfast was good but the options were quite limited. The rooms were dated (but this was reflected in the lower price of the Resort compared to others).

Great value. Clean rooms and facilities. The location of Bay Beach Resort was great! Right on a nice beach. Lots of restaurants and shops minutes away. The staff were all very friendly and helpful during our stay. We loved the beds in our room - most of the beds encountered during our month in Thailand were rock hard, but these beds were very comfortable!

Fantastic location on the best beach on the island. An understated hotel with a chilled vibe. Not flashy but authentic. Great pool and beach bar, restaurant when you want a break from the beach. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants in short walking distance but no noise at night. A short taxi ride into the main towns in either direction for a big night out. Loved this place and the staff. Great for Gen X and single travellers

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean but could do with a make-over; however, this is reflected in the price of rooms compared with other resorts on the same stretch of beach.

Stayed in beach bungalow which was literally on beach. The location of resort is great, on beach, facilities good and local amenities a few minutes' walk. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned every day. Superb food in restaurant /beach bar

Doors to bathroom in bungalows are low, tall people can easily hits a head.

Facilities were a bit old. Our bathroom roof was falling down a bit. Mattresses and pillows were old.

Lovely hotel in Koh Samui. The beach is beautiful - not too big but lots of good restaurants and bars available. The hotel has lots of sunbeds on the beach so plenty of choice available. The pool is nice and again, we never struggled to get a sun bed. The hotel also provided towels for both the pool and the beach. Rooms were clean and bright and the bed was comfy! Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel.

A couple of times the cleaning wasn’t done in the room - not bothered about towels etc but you do need more toilet rolls etc
