Only negative is the lack of sound proofing in the rooms. You can hear everything around, including the music from the back into the night.

Food was expensive, and not very impressive. VERY loud music at night from parties and they do warn you but you can also hear your neighbors- if they are loud as well so be aware.

Awesome location. Great amenities. Very clean. Kind staff. You can take kayaks out to monkey beach and snorkel of the reef there as well.

Not a fault of the hotel but the music across the bay can be heard till 2.30am. The hotel provides ear plugs to combat this. It Isn’t really loud but also not quiet. Will likely be the same for most hotels on the island. Room/hut walls are quite thin so anyone walking past you can hear. Unsure if it was the same for all rooms but our bathroom bin didn’t have a lid. This would help it feel more clean and discreet as you can’t flush toilet paper down the drain on the island

The pool area, views of the beach and closeness to the beach. The staff are incredibly helpful; meeting us at the pier and taking our bags to the hotel and the same for the return trip. They even rushed my medication to the boat within 10 minutes after I had left it in reception fridge, which is over and above, I am so grateful for their help.

I didn’t like the amount of sand in the rooms (my own issue with sand though as the hotel was a beach hotel). The noise is also no joke! I thought the other reviews were being OTT but wowwww it’s like you’re in a nightclub until 3am every night, understand this cannot be helped due to the very loud beach club along the beach :( the ear plugs really did help to drown it out though !

The whole place is absolutely beautiful! Breakfast was nice, very cool to see some wild monkeys, even though they did steal some food, the staff would always try to chase them off and replace missing food! Overall pleasant stay here.

Food and drinks at the hotel were very expensive for Thailand but close to town so we ate out a lot. Variety at breakfast could have been improved, particularly for people with allergies.

Fantastic bungalows, very clean, drinking water each day. beautiful pool area on the beach. free kayak and paddle board for 1 hr per day. I was worried about the noise having read some of the other reviews but it wasn’t hat bad, we were able to sleep. plus you’re in Phi Phi!!! I’m Free luggage pick up from the ferry. Staff are SO friendly

The noise from the beach party/bar is almost unbearable. It woke me up multiple times throughout the night. There is a lot of garbage/abandoned buildings right behind the hotel/pool area. This area is filled with tons of monkeys, who do come down by the pool area and steal guests food/beverages.. although staff do try to scare them off, sometimes it is impossible to stop the monkeys. I also didn’t like how you needed to have your room key in the slot on the wall for the air conditioning/lights to work. It is SO warm there so it would be nice to be able to have the AC on while you are gone doing activities or exploring.

We loved the pool area and the view is hard to beat. The restaurant had great food and the buffet breakfast had a large selection. The bed was comfortable.

The music is noisy but we were pre warned of this. We actually found the noise of other guests staying near us to be more irritating. You can hear everything, including people talking in the huts around you. We were unlucky on the last night to have people still up at 3am.

Great location, walking distance to the centre. Amazing pool and beach huts. Breakfast was good, the usual buffet with an egg station. They transported all of our luggage from the pier and back to the pier when leaving so we never had to lift a finger.

Local noise/music from a bar is on until 02.30. The hotel informed us of this but it was very disruptive to our stay. It is noted in other reviews but we found it very annoying. During the day then there was maintenance works with noise. The bungalows aren’t very sound proof at all. On the walk from the town area to the hotel some street lights aren’t working which isn’t the hotel’s issue. I was ok as with my partner but wouldn’t have enjoyed the walk back if I had been on my own. Hopefully this is only a temporary issue

Nice huts/bungalows. Great location on beach. Breakfast was good. Pool is nice, the bar was getting updated while we were there. Staff helpful with any issues with mosquitos, the mosquitoes weren’t as bad as we first expected.

There's nothing I 'didn't like' but worth mentioning - there IS music until 2:30am which you do here in your hut given they're made of bamboo and the clubs are across water so the sound travels, however, as someone who generally needs super quiet to stay it actually didn't bother me too much after about 30 minutes both nights I stopped hearing it and fell asleep. It's not as bad as other reviews at least not where we were (a few rows of huts back from the beach) also you can use ear plugs or ear buds with music and it'd definitely drown it out.

The resort looks absolutely magical, when you walk through the rows of huts it doesn't feel like a resort it feels like you're in some sort of palm jungle, we did Phi Phi at the end of a 14 day holiday where we saw 5 Thailand destinations, and this was the perfect place to end it. Delicious restaurant with a huge menu, great pool bar with even better staff (Thankyou Knot), bed was super comfy and the room was small but clean and all you really need in such a beautiful place where you're out in the sunshine, the pool, or exploring most if not all day. The reception staff are super accommodating and sweet. We got a tour boat from right outside the resort on the beach (my partner saw it from the pool), which does snorkelling at the surrounding islands and sightseeing and it's run by coco beach not a street vendor, so our last day was absolutely amazing thanks to the resorts facilities. When you want to explore, the alleys FULL of shops, street food, restaurants, CATS 😂 is all right down the cobble path and at the end when you get to the beach there's clubs which run till about 2:30am and have fire twirlers and entertainment.

This place is cute & quaint. What they don’t tell you until you book, the music from the local bars is ridiculously loud until 1-2 am. Ear plugs are required and they don’t even block it all out. The food was very very basic. Nothing really to write home about, which was a disappointment we had to walk into town to eat for every meal. We were apart of the booking.com scam and we missed one night because we were told our reservation was canceled. We were charged for one night that we were not able to make it. Not happy about this not being resolved.

Beds are comfy, ac is cold (you have to leave your key in the wall for ac) so we left our room unlocked to make sure the ac stayed on all day.

The sound of music at night, and specially that at 9:30pm they closed the bar, and during raining season it woul be highly appreciated to have options in the hotel to have dinner and cocktails and even some music until midnight
