the Code exceeded my expectations. No improvement neccessary.

Staff was World Class in accomadating my physical disabilities. They even ran to my aid with an umbrella when it rained! I never had to carry a suitcase or bags my entire stay, And I had quite a few. The view took me away in the paradise I was actually in. It was spectacular! I had a pool side room for my 8 nights, with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The grounds were immaculate and I enjoyed watching the groundws keeper perform his duty with so much joy and pride of workmanship. The staff ALWAYS greeted me with bright shiny smiles. My room was spotless and made up for me each day on my return. The mini bar was always stocked to my bewilderment. My bed was comfy and inviting with fresh picked plumeria flowers on the spread. The breakfasts were beyond exceptional. I have never in my life seen such an exquisite morning spread as they put on in their resturant. You could literally have any and everything you can think of, and then some. I didn't want to leave it to come back home, as they made me feel like royalty. I have never been treated so well anywhere in my life as at the Code Samui. Im going back! Oh, I can't forget-when you go, you have to book a full body Thai Massage or a believe foot massage at their NUT SPA. I promise you will walk away enlightened and rejuvenated.

I was disappointed that the pool doesn’t get sunlight all day; instead, the sun only reaches it from behind the building. There were a few sun loungers by the pool where the sun did shine, but they were almost always reserved every morning. This was a letdown as we wanted to relax in the sun. The hotel room looked bigger in the pictures. The breakfast also repeated itself, and it would have been nice to see more variety.

The place was beautiful and very peaceful. We were pleasantly surprised by the two saunas that were available free of charge. The infinity pool was stunning. The breakfast was basic but good, and the cleaning standards were high. Overall, we enjoyed our stay—thank you!

It is a busy hotel with lots of families and children, so not the most ideal for couples, but it is acceptable. The biggest thing that affected our overall enjoyment was the poor shower. The pressure was horrible and it was either scalding and boiling hot or too cool, you could never get the right temperature. An engineer came to look at this but it didn’t make any difference and it seems all the rooms have the same issue. Compared to the rest of the apartment the size of the bathroom was tiny. In addition the bed was quite hard and not very comfortable and the duvet was shedding fluff/feathers. The shuttle service stops at 4pm which is very early. Lastly there is no lift so just be aware if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. Most of the apartments are very similar apart from the corner rooms which I believe has a slightly bigger living space.

Clean, airy and open apartments. We loved the incredible views and we had the most comfortable couch! Lots of storage space, kitchenette and nice sized balcony. The TV is handy as can be seen from the couch and the bed. The pool was one of the best features with infinity views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets, open late which was perfect as we could come from the beach and then use the pool in the evening. Food was decent at the hotel and staff were lovely. There is a shuttle service to the beach which is useful as taxis are very expensive! It’s more economical to rent a bike if you can.

No hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes/towels Aircon takes a while to cool the entire room No dish liquid in the kitchen.

Modern, close enough to walk to restaurants and cool beach bars. Different hardness of pillows on the bed. Sofa was so comfortable and great to laze around on. The staff were incredible

It would be good if pick up from beach can be extended till about 7/7:30 currently 4pm as it’s so far away . Transportation is limited in that area and is very far from the shops/ beach without a vehicle. Very far from main strip, not walkable

Views are stunning from pool room, rooms are spacious and give you scope to set up home away from home. staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Love the 24hr gym option. They Offer a drive to the beach daily between 8am- 4pm Place is exactly as Images show

Some reception staff were not that helpful, the last 5 days we had cold showers, we kept telling them and they said it could not be fixed, considering this to be our second stay at code, we found it disappointing, last time we were shuttled down to the beach we could be brought back any time, but now your shuttle service stops at 4 pm, we were told by one receptionist we could walk down, I’d like to point out we are both 73, and that sort of walk was well and truly over

The staff, especially Ley, who went that extra mile to look after us, he definitely deserves keeping in your employment And most of the other staff were very good
