The hotel is up on a hill, about 30 minutes drive from the center of chaweng, you definitely need to rent a vehicle if youre staying there, sometimes it’s a plus to be detached from the city, but only if thats what youre looking for.

Shower had no pressure and lacked consistency in temperature, food at restaurant for dinner and breakfast were average.Staff didn’t know how to turn on Sauna so we could not use during out stay. there was a dead bird on the steps going up to our room during our whole stay.

The drinks to the pool took forever to be served and the Aircon in our unit was so disturbingly loud at night that we had to move to the living room sofa, but the fan didn’t work without lights being on. So sleepless night for us.

Unfortunately, the bed was rather uncomfortable and hard, the sockets were loose so charging our phones turned out to he more difficult than it should be. Breakfast is nice (it's a la carte) but not that much. One thing that bothered us (and we booked this hotel as one of our more luxurious stays) was that it's not that clean. The bathroom had stains on the faucet, the toilet with hose didn't seem very clean and the doorse etc. had fingerprints on them. No clean towels one day. The shower was bad - very low pressure and no second shower head. Made it difficult to wash out longer hair. We had a good time there anyways, dont get me wrong. We just expected a bit more concerning the details like bathroom/cleanliness from a hotel that looks that fancy. The view made up for a lot of it :)

Nice and modern rooms, great balcony with seating area with a great view. Beautiful infinity pool. Scooter rental in the hotel (you need one to get to the store/restaurant). Breakfast was nice most of the time. Beautiful location.

it’s crazy how the hotel gives you an “starter pack” which includes a 2 towel and a beach bag. this bag has been gone missing after 6 days after at their pool and we made this to aware to their staff. when checking out we had to pay for this 800 bath bag! I would absolutely discourage everyone that goes to this hotel to use any of their items and watch their belongings really carefully.

The pool was alright. some of the staff members are really kind. some are shady and can’t be trusted with your belongings.

I left my airbnb to have a little spa getaway, but the spa was not good. The sauna was broken, the steam room smelled like mold, and the massage was so bad that I left midway. My room was in front of the pool and the walls are glass, so I had to choose between having any daylight or having any privacy; there was no way to have both. Also, the toilet and shower in my room were on the fritz and didn't want to work. Overall it was a bummer of a trip.

It's a beautiful property in a gorgeous mountainous region overlooking the ocean.

Quiet at night - Unfortunately, the hotel is connected to some kind of generator, which is the powered air conditioning. This results in a very loud vibrating sound in the room at night. Unfortunately, even earplugs won't solve it. We took it up with the hotel but they can't do anything about it. It was the reason why we had to leave the accommodation a day early. We came to the hotel to relax, but it's difficult if you don't get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the hotel did not respond to this and did not refund us even for the last unused night. That's why they get a 6/10 from us. Otherwise everything is OK. If you are a sensitive sleeper, I do not recommend this hotel for you

very secluded and not much options for restaurants and bars near bar. you MUST hire a scooter otherwise you have no options. the hotel will charge you ALOT for a taxi. the sauna and steam room wasn’t working, and the pool and sun loungers are ALWAYS in the shade as the sun is always behind the building. Wi-Fi was pretty bad, we were working and had to rely on our mobile hotspot.

The hotel was nice amazing view from our room. However the room we booked online it wasn't the room they gave us. Also there's an issue with toilet tissue they only gave 1 per day while there's 2 of us was staying there. No phone in the room so we had to use our own phone to call room service or reception which never gets answered. Friendly staff but the manager lady was really rude. Will not visit again

Wording in the description and images stated the room was a pool room. Made us think we had a private pool when it was shared. Still lovely but not descriptive enough to state it was a shared pool

AC was poor , bathrooms are disappointing as small and water pressure Not great in the shower. The bed was quite hard but I got used to it. General level of service especially around the pool with towels and drinks / clearing plates etc needs improvement

The resort was quiet and very relaxed. The view is lovely. Breakfast was included and the food was fine but the choices were limited.Staff are helpful and friendly

Room was so out dated. The photos are nothing like the room I got. The walls and sofa where so dirty. All rooms are individually owned so if the owner doesn’t look after it the hotel doesn’t care. Wouldn’t recommend. Breakfast is not a Buffett and very small.

Someone stole $100 from our backpack. We've left our luggage and bags on reception after checkout for a few hours. Not sure if it happened in the room or at reception desk. We had a 1000 dollar stack (10*100 bills) just for emergency case. But unfortunately we counted them only the next day and found only 900 :( I know that we shouldn't left all valuable items out of the safebox but we have what we have. Someone had spoiled their karma...

The hotel looks really nice with a stunning view from the room despite the fact that the furniture are worn out and feels a bit old. The pool is also really nice and clean.

Not really my cup of tea - but I appreciate the efforts of the staff who have undoubtedly struggled during the pandemic.

The staff are wonderful - they are doing everything possible to create a positive experience. The hotel has obviously been closed for some time and is just getting back on its feet. The views and the pool are wonderful.

little salamander-like critter common in the area stayed in my room. I had to get use to it though the staff removed it once. No elevator.
