Room smelt damp and moldy

Very comfortable room. Pool area was nice although pool was too warm. Drinks and food from the pool bar were reasonably nice. Staff were very friendly. Location made it impossible to walk anywhere as it’s on a very steep hill. Rooftop bar is not in use and some of the drinks and food offers that were advertised didn’t seem to happen

No full length mirrors, no chairs although the staff kindly found one for us.It seems in Thailand that drawers or shelves for putting clothes don’t seem to happen.

The pool was lovely and an excellent temperature. Water to drink left for us in the room daily. Comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were helpful and kind

Climb up hill to the hotel is tough. I knew about it so no much complains

We stayed for 4 nights and it was a pleasant stay. Rooms are quite large. The hotel obliged to my request and setup toys in the room which I really appreciate. The rooms were clean and the staffs were helpful. The Breakfast has a fixed set of menu, less veg options but there is sufficient options for 4 days. The staff helped rent a bike which was very helpful.

We arrlve late around 21.00 and nobody met us we çağrıldı our luggages inside the lobby. Shuttle end at 18.00 pm. It is too early for phuket. Not possible to walk to the center We paid 532 usd for 3 nights but in the room amenities were so limited and not quality. Very little soap for 2 person for 3 days long.

Garden suit was nice but garden is not so well cared. No flowers no design Saffet especially in restaurant were so nice and kind

Quite a small hotel! I envisaged it to be a lot bigger as advertised as resort but was more a boutique hotel with pool than a resort. Could do with some activities such as aqua fit/yoga classes etc or live music as a resort does. Not much entertainment options and no smart TV

I had a nice & comfortable time at Skyview. It’s a bit further away from Patong beach than the hotels in the city center but therefore it’s calm and stress free. Started my days with the gym and then good breakfast.

The entrance is not ideal. It sits on a steep road with lots of steps on the side to take.

The location and the view were great. Staff are extremely helpful and kind. Food is the best. Rooms spacious and comfortable.

They called us by mistake on the phone at 2 am. On departure they did not help us with the luggage. Poor breakfast In the end they made us pay for the slippers...🤣

Bit far from mwin street in patong. Everytime we turn on A/C, it smells so bad and gave me a headache.

Staff were very friendly and nice. Bed was comfortable, nice pool bar. Shuttle bus service was good as well.

1. They need to improve in cleaning. 2. No spa as a 5star hotel 3. Laundry facility is a bit expensive

It was a comfortable stay. Actually everyone complained about the location, but in ny opinion it was good. We like walking and safe place. Good furniture inside and modern. Stuff and breakfast amazing.

They should consider getting a scale like other hotels so that clients can weight their large suitcases, that is just a suggestion but there is not a thing not to like lol

The location was interesting, you get an excellent view of the city itself. The room i had was just in the middle so i had an excellent view. I loved the view, breakfast was more like brunch menus which I adore, very good food and helpful staff. The bed was so comfortable. I dont know if i loved the aesthetics of the room, the bathroom or the view even more?? I would recommend booking this hotel for sure

Great room that sliding doors opened on to the pool.. room was big enough for couple... try to get the end bottom room next to jacuzzi....makes the room all the more better and the pool bar makes it so good 😊

The distance from Patong center and the beach area could be a concern for people who want to close to the action as it is not within walking distance. The 2km takes about 15 minutes with a vehicle due to the heavy traffic in the area. The hotel provides free shuttle services to and from that area, but the last trip is at 6 PM. It would have been great to have an option until 11 PM. Tuk-tuks are available 24/7 and charge 300 baht to take you back to the hotel.

This place was fantastic in all respects. The staff were friendly, helpful, and just brilliant. The hotel is clean and in pristine condition. Breakfast was fantastic, with some items served buffet style while you can choose your mains from a menu. The pool area is so good you almost don’t want to get out, and they serve great food, gourmet ice creams, and cocktails right in the pool. I could not fault this hotel on anything, except maybe for the location. It’s a bit far from the hustle and bustle of Patong’s center, but that could be a positive depending on your preference. The hotel arranged transport back to the airport which arrived on time.
