1. WiFi kept dropping every few hours & speed of Internet wasn't great 2. Booked a suite with a garden view & this view was misleading 3. Facilities seemed basic for a hotel categorised as 5 star

They had a fire pit directly below our balcony that was lit every afternoon for guests at the pool to toast marshmallows and sit around...though given the heat no one took part. Apart from not being able to use the balcony, even with the doors closed the smell of smoke filled our room.

Location and view of Patong was good. Bathroom was good.

Away from the hustle/bustle of patong so you will need transport (there’s a free shuttle 4x day). Our room smelled a bit mouldy/musky. Curries at the restaurant are not great but the other food is fantastic.

Awesome hotel, great value for money. Peaceful. Great swimming pool. Great staff. Clean, comfortable, awesome facilities and the gyms not bad either. Highly recommended.

The property is 25-30 mins away for patong beach which is the nearest one. Also the shuttle provided by the hotel is for limited time which was not helping. Overall we spent a good amount of money only to travel from the hotel to various destinations.

The rooftop bar is closed down indefinitely and there was no notice of that prior to checkin (and payment).

The place is a bit secluded therefore very quiet. The rooms are very comfortable. Had a garden view suite (more like a ground floor with a small patio overlooking a wall covered up partially with plants. Looked good but there is not much natural light so the room smells a bit wet. Gym is great and open 24h. Amazing sunset view.

When we arrived first you have to walk up a very steep hill and we had rucksacks so this was hard. We were only informed on arrival that the rooftop bar was closed which we should have been told this prior to arrival. Staff offered a 15% discount on food and drink (non alcoholic) We only got this off of a drink as there was no atmosphere at the pool area or restaurant so we didn’t want to get food. You also receive a complimentary drink on arrival on the rooftop bar but it was closed so we could get it from the pool/restaurant area instead. Now if you wanted a beer or a cocktail you had to pay extra and they also forgot to mention that the complimentary drink was this one certain type of drink. I couldn’t get a coke zero from it. Wifi was slow to work and it took two phonecalls to reception to get someone to come up. Of course after me trying the username and password it worked when I typed it in infront of the worker but that was near the door so maybe input it once you enter the room first. Also for the first shower we didn’t have hot water. After I rang reception and someone came up they literally left the tap running on hot for a while which heated up the shower but we weren’t told that this is what you do so it was disappointing really.

Nice pool and the inflatable unicorn. Beautiful breakfast with lovely staff there. Lovely spacious rooms!

Having got to go down and up steep hill to get to the convenience store about 200m away encountering a few stray dogs.

Comfortable room. Nice and cozy hotel. Breakfast buffet has nice spread.

Due to the location of the hotel in relation to Patong beach, the hotel shuttle needs to run 7 days a week, not five, and possibly with a later service also ( last bus leaves 5 30pm from the hotel) The air conditioning in the room, while very effective, does not have low fan setting and is reasonably noisy. Quality of breakfast overall was very good, with a few teething issues to achieve a perfectly poached egg. Room service menu: the items we ordered were a bit of a hit and miss.

We stayed in a deluxe suite with pool view. It was very well appointed with all the essential amenities. Very comfortable bed and a HUGE bathroom. Nice bathroom products. Having a living room with a couch and an extra TV made for a very comfortable stay. A special shout to all the staff. Reception staff were friendly, welcoming and very happy to assist with any issue. Thank you to Bow and Aye the shuttle driver. The buffet breakfast: coffee was particularly decent and you can make it yourself to your liking. There was a choice of continental breakfast plus an all you can eat a la carte menu. Service at the dining room was excellent. Special mention to Top and Fiew: thanks for looking after us. And to Keng our bar man. Finally, pool was great, inviting and has a pool bar. Unfortunately, there weren't a lot of people using the pool or bar, even though the hotel was almost full, so it lacked a little vibe and ambience. We would give this hotel a rating of 8.5 if it was possible.

Great and super friendly staff!! Quiet location, nice pool, restaurant food very tasty. I was there now 3rd time ... always happy..
