Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hostel is very nice, clean and quiet, it was great for a good night's rest in the middle of a lot of traveling. It is also close to the bus stop and some coffee shops so you can easily walk around the area. They have a pancake machine you can use for breakfast which was honestly very nice. The employee was also very helpful when trying to figure out plans and transportation.

I don't think they cleaned the private toilets regularly which depending on the room mates can look messy quite easily but it was still fine.
The hostel looks like the pictures and was honestly so nice. The breakfast was delicious they had a pancake mashine😍 and you could do your own laundry for only 20 baht. The female dorm had it's own bathroom and toilet and the location is only a 10min walk from the bus station and night market. It was also very nice that each bed had their own power outlets and curtains. My favourite hostel in Thailand so far!

It smelt like damp. Could hardly breath at night it was that bad. Not clean. Just avoid.

I was too tall for the bed (I'm 6'0"), and it was a pretty hard bed.
The staff were exceptional, and helped me book a city tour and gave me info on how to get to Laos without having to book a tour. The room was clean and cool with the AC. The common room was really nice, and I was able to have a Teams meeting via the WiFi.

Our room had clean towels and they were changed daily. hostel staff were very helpful and sweet people. It was 10 minutes walking distance from the night market. It was very comfortable to stay for only 2 people in an 8-bed room. We thank you for everything

The air conditioning machine was loudly and it couldn't been turned on during the night. There wasn't enough space at the bathroom sink to put some items.
The staff was very nice and the ubication was fine.

No windows in the room so it was quite dark and the room got humid after people showered.
Rooms were clean and had all the equipment: lamps, curtains, lockers, A.C... Beds were comfortable. Common spaces were spacious and well-furnished. Water dispenser and hand sanitizer were available. Shared bathrooms / restrooms were functional. The overall place was well-designed and lovely. I ended up staying a few days more than initially planned.

All the staff were excellent and very helpful. The place is spotles. Washer and dryer in facility, 8 room was nice with private bathroom and shower. About a 10 minute walk from bus terminal 1. Nice location close to all shops and restaurants
