Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ThailandLove the strong water pressure in the shower, the location is very suitable for shopping, staff were very helpful. It's quite hard to find a spot for parking during the day unless you're using the parking of the shopping mall. Wish it would be more light in the room, especially at the full-length mirror. The hotel is located as a part of the shopping mall and is next to a parking lot and driveway. So you can't get enough natural daylight without opening the blinder, which is not so convenient in terms of privacy.

United KingdomThe room was such good value for money!! Was massive and very clean and cosy! Bed was comfy and tv had YouTube so could watch anything. Only fault would be the noise from the market till early hours and hotel was a bit tricky to find way around at first.

United StatesIt smelled like a urinal cake.
The location was great. Right in the middle of Chaweng beach, close to all the action. The staff was nice, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Was clearly a cool place to stay for young people who want a great value for the location. Great for a short stay, super close to the airport.

United KingdomAircon to dry wet swimming trunks or towels well enough. Also laundry closed for 2 days and it took over 36 hours when it opened and ironing not of good quality and washing over industrious - washed 3 letters and 2 stripes off my Adidas cap.
Great bed and shower, nice room of a little on the small side. Wonderfully helpful staff.

ArgentinaYou can't open the windows. Therefore, it felt very closed. In addition, because my room was on the first floor, if I moved the curtains everyone would see us.
The location is great. Super friendly staff, very comfortable beds and nice bathroom.

BahrainI did not like the fact that the pricing has gone up dramatically which was very unpleasant since I stayed here before for less than half the price. overall price was extremely high for a boutique hotel and the price was similar to a 5 stars hotel in other areas in Samui or other islands. Unfortunately no one could offer a better pricing than what was offered which is the case almost every time I stay at Cosi.
Cosi has one of the best locations on Samui main area Chaweng Beach if you want something close by everything, it is located in the mall and close to the lake which has a night market every other night. Room is modern and super clean but needs some maintenance (paint, toilet derange) but nothing major to be mentioned. Overall it is a great option for solo travelers where you can meet like minded travelers.

Thailand- the plug socket between our beds didn’t work and I needed up buying another adapter just to find out it was the bloody socket not my adapter. -Too few plug sockets in the room. Most of them are USB A ports, and as many of you probably know that these days we usually use USB C to USB C or USB to lightning. Who still carries around a USB A cable? - Fridge was broken and we weren’t aware of this, so I bought some chopped up watermelon just for it to rot in the fridge. Room quite small with almost no amenities besides the fridge. No kettle, not amenity kit, no hairdryer (though this can be requested at the check in desk). - We rather disliked the texture of the flooring. It’s like a grainy, plastic mat sort of thing. -the layout! Our room was in the second building, and from the lobby in the first building you have to go down in the lift 2 floors, walk across to the 2nd via the corridor on the ground floor and then take another lift up to whichever floor you’re staying on unless you’re staying on the ground floor itself. - the only launderette is on the top floor (3rd) of the 2nd building
The location is absolutely prime! Very close to all the most famous nightlife hubs and located just 5-10 mins walk from the beach (a little longer if going via public entry alley). And since it’s part of the Central Shopping mall, it’s super convenient to find food or pop into the supermarket. The staff were very nice and helpful. Room was reasonably clean.
