We really cannot fault this hotel. It was our first stop in Thailand and it exceeded all of our expectations. We arrived early due to our flight and despite our room not being ready we were brought to an air conditioned lounge and were told we could rest there for awhile. Once we got our room we were thrilled with the cleanliness and comfort. The facilities are fantastic and the hotel offer a free shuttle service into Patong which was brilliant. We also booked a fee trips through the hotel and the staff were incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

The room cleaning was not so good especially the sheets No blackouts curtain the sun was all over the room which make it hard to sleep The golf cart pass under my villa which was too loud at 6 am and woke me up

The pool was amazing they played music which made the vibe great. They also have a bar in the middle of the pool which you can swim up to and order cocktails and food while sitting in the pool. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The rooms are big and so clean and the staff is extremely friendly 5star service.

We booked 2 rooms with a partial sea view from Booking, unfortunately one of the rooms was not, but we said it immediately, so it was changed on the second day

We didn't regret booking here, the view is beautiful, Freedom beach and Patong elephant care are within walking distance, the pools are clean, they give you 1+1 for cocktails twice a day, the rooms are wonderful, the double bed, as we asked for it, was very wide, comfortable, equipped with a coffee machine, toiletries, .The food at breakfast is very delicious. It is clean, they come to clean it every day. The Freedom beach is 20 min walking, and the elephant care is 15 min walking, it is very nice, the 7 magazin is 5 min walking.

Lovely staff. Room refresh each day was great, fresh drinking water bottles each day. Let us keep our bags there after checkout to go do actives before we had to go to the airport.

The breakfast could be better. Good variety but the flavor needs improvement. When we were leaving, the staff also forgot to load one of our luggages and we didn't find out until we got to the airport which was 1.5hr away. We then spent nearly an hour attempting to communicate with the staff over phone or WhatsApp in English to look for the luggage which should be sitting somewhere in the lobby but they kept giving us the wrong phone numbers to call and couldn't find the luggage. It was also very difficult to understand their English. Right before the flight gate was about to close, the staff finally found the luggage and ordered a hotel van to bring it over but asked us to pay for the full price of the drive even though it was their staff's fault to miss the luggage in the first place. They took a very long time to find the luggage which should have been in the lobby the whole time and we almost missed the time to be able to check in our luggage and nearly missed the flight. The hotel didn't offer any compensation and we had to pay the full price for the van.

Room has a great view and you can walk out into the pool that's connected to the main pool.

The bar tender at the pool was super nice. We really enjoyed the view and the pool. The shuttle to Patong was very helpful. The room was very clean. The gym was really nice compared to other places we stayed. This resort had lots of activities to do during the day.

We would come back to our room to a funky smell each day. Not 100% sure what it was from but we believed it to be the aircon. Didn’t bother us too much so wasn’t worth addressing to reception but it could be a pain point for others.

Very good location if you want to be close to Patong beach, main shopping centre and night markets. Their pool access room was also amazing.

Both mornings I had cockroaches in my room. The room service staff messed up our order and gave/charged us for double one our items, which I put down to language barrier and didn’t complain, but our drinks were wrong too, so when I called to let them know, the waitress firmly rebutted that I hadn’t specified what we ordered (so there was no language barrier). Then happy hour was unclear and they became argumentative. In hindsight would have been better to not eat/drink at the hotel and avoid that conflict. Front desk staff lovely and professional though.

The toilets and showers where old and plumbing spraying everywhere but on you , for an expensive hotel in comparison it was tired

The infinity pool was amazing , however the pool was full of yobs taking there call girl girlfriends for somewhere fancy to sleep together away from Patong beach , they were drunk and foul and the staff didn’t do anything to tell them to calm down or be aware of what they where saying around children ect , in the end it pissed me off so much I told the staff and spoke to the guest myself .. the guy was an Aussie skin head with hitler tattoos so that will give you the idea of person

The room we paid a high price for on the belief we would have privacy this was not the case and diminished our enjoyment of the room. This made me feel we paid too much The fridge was small and not what we would have expected, the lack of cupboards/storage was surprising. The steepness of paths and amount of stairs is not evident on the site and for someone with restricted mobility an issue.

Breakfast variety was excellent, staff were great, clean, well presented. View and pool from our room was great.

It didn’t have easy access to any beaches, was very steep walk going to nearby beaches.

The room was a great size, the bed was huge and very comfortable. The resort was clean and staff very friendly and helpful.
