Amazing pool villa , well worth the extra spend

The breakfast was horrible. It felt like leftovers from other resorts. At night, a stench came up from our master bathroom. On our 1st night, my husband said that several water bugs were in the bathroom. The cable went out. The location was far away from the beach.

The staff was VERY friendly. The concierge excursion options were great. Nice room size for our family of 5. The views were gorgeous. Under better management, this could become 5 star resort.

It does take an hour to get to the resort from the airport.

The breakfast selection was quite extensive. Shuttle buses at regular intervals to Patong.

An improvement of the sun loungers by the pool would make a huge difference but they are still ok just could be a real luxury place if not for metal loungers.

Lovely clean rooms, room service lunch and dinner were delicious, way above the quality you’d expect for hotel room service! Staff so friendly, always smiling and seem to remember everyone even though lots of people come and go! The sea view room is better then the pool access room as the views are better, the rooms are lighter and the pool access pool is a little chilly.

No options for multiple restaurants. Only 1 restaurant and food served was substandard. Ordered a Margarita pizza from room service and it was served as burned. Brrakfast was also not good and not much variety as well.

A couple of times we were disappointed in the cleaning. For example we had room service one night and the dishes remained at our door for 3 days. When a stray cat and a cockroach parked themselves at our front door we had to phone for someone to collect them. The bathroom didn’t have much privacy but we got used to it after a couple of days. A few things were broken in the room eg- the lock on the sliding door out to the balcony. Despite asking for it to be e fixed it didn’t get repaired

We stayed in one of the pool villas which was beautiful and very relaxing. Loved having our own space away from the craziness of Patong. The staff were lovely, especially the breakfast team. Breakfast was amazing. The shuttle bus was very handy to get us into town and there is a 7 Eleven just across the road

We took the room with pool access and the room was outdated, the wall paint are cracking, some furnitures (like table was old), small room space, sometimes you can find small ants rooming around. The breakfast buffet in restaurant wasn’t pleasant, the places and glasses are not cleaned well and you can find bug (flies) all over the salad section

Bathroom arrangement in the rooms was not great if one wants a little privacy. Very little clothing storage in room. Maybe different in the villas/lodges. Playlist at the pool was samey and almost all rap

Room was always kept clean and tidy. Aircon was OK. Balcony had fantastic views over the Andaman Sea. Staff all unfailingly polite, smiling and happy. Breakfast was varied and well cooked. Courtesy bus into town was great. Pool bar was a lot of fun. Tao the barman especially friendly interested and attentive. If the 'free money' offer is running is is definitely worth using.

They didnt open restaurant for dinner during our Stay, so first night we ate at the roof top bar and there were limited varities of Menu Choices, we ended up eating out in town Patong for the next night.

We loved our Pool Access Room, enjoyed being able to swim up to the Pool Bar from our room. Breakfast was good.

All the bars were closed by 10pm ( sometimes earlier ) even though they were quite busy. Room service was 24 hours so you could get a drink delivered to your room but that’s not very social. It would have been nice to end the evening with a late drink at a bar and have the opportunity to talk to other guests. Access to the pool bar was via the pool. Again it would have been nice to sit out on the loungers and wander to the bar without having to swim up to it. I think many people spent their evenings away from tue hotel due to lack of evening entertainment. The hotel is missing out a great opportunity and it has the space and resources to accommodate this without causing a noise issue for guests that prefer a quiet retreat.

We booked a pool villa which was fabulous. Very spacious with its own balcony and pool. Some reviews mentioned that getting lost and long walks to reception but we didn’t find this an issue.

The location is on the mountain, not near the center. There are few free shuttles but if not only taxis go there.

The hotel, the rooms, the Pool, the staff. Everything was perfect.

The shuttle bus timings to patong beach should be extended to late night. And there should should be more than one shuttle in service. As most of the time the shuttle will be full and we have to take a taxi. Back to the hotel.

The view is very wawo, and the rooms are great.
