We had a lovely time so can’t find any faults really. The only thing that would have helped was one more shuttle back from Patong beach in the evening as the last one was 19:15 which sometimes felt a bit early. One last shuttle at 21:15 would have been ideal.

Our family villa was really great! It was so spacious, had a great view and we loved having our own pool! the hotel staff were all very helpful and accommodating, they made our stay so comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of variety and types of food on offer. We enjoyed the pool and swim up bar where we spent many afternoons eating the great lunch / dinner options they had on offer. The shuttles to Patong Beach were very useful and any other taxi trips we needed were easily arranged by the hotel for us.

The breakfast was buffet style and it was amazing, very delicious! A mix between Thai cuisine and American style. With loads of fresh fruits and juices! The room I stayed in was had it’s own pool right outside the bedroom so I was able to take in the Breathtaking views of the mountains and ocean along with the sunrise and sunset!

Sensational views! It was very relaxing staying at crest. only downside …. bit of a hike from Patong beach. they do have a "Cattle truck" that does a few runs into town. The restaurants have nice food. Sensational cocktails from the skybar at happy hour.

It was difficult to get a taxi to pick us up from the lobby, but the reception offers private taxi services with comparable pricing. Food prices were higher than in other hotels, but were also a lot fancier

The food was bad. I would like to be generous and say mediocre, but it was actually bad. To make matters worse, going down to town was not easy and we were not successful at getting food delivered.

It was absolutely beautiful and it had stunning views. It was also less crowded than I expected. Even though there is a shuttle to Patong beach, it is about a 10 minute drive. You are a little trapped, which would be okay if the food was good.

Cleaning must be improved. Shower calcium stains on a glass must be removed. Cleaner should use vac cleaner instead of broom. Really steep hill - a moped is a must. Hotel maintenance should be more accurate and clean in re-painting,

Personnel is friendly but not very responsible. Good design of the hotel on the hill top. Impressive pool. Relatively good breakfast.

there wasn’t much around walking distance to the hotel. the food selection was poor. from what I gathered there should have been 3 different restaurants offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, however, there was 1 restaurant for breakfast and then everything else was the room service menu.

a little lack of details and renovation!! As our room was facing the lobby we could here a lot of noice at night time, maybe sound prof doors could help this situation!! other than that we LOVED our time here!!

The whole entire hotel was amazing, we had a deluxe privet pool suite, which was amazing and great for the price!! The privet pool led to the main pool and pool bar!! Staff were very friendly and helpful!! breakfast was great lots to choose from!!

The bed consisted of two mattresses instead of one, which made sleeping troublesome and uncomfortable. The shower could use a tune up as we had a friendly ghost turning on the shower through the night. Need more water every day. 2 little bottles between two people is absurd.

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view. The staff was very happy and helpful. The pool was beautiful, hotel in general was very well presented. Room was really nice. Shower was really nice as well double heads.

The room was not very clean and the bathroom is not aging well. The food is simply not good and overpriced. The lack of restaurant in the area is something to consider.

The private pool is not heated, so the water was colder than we would've liked. Room Service can sometime be a bit slow (40 minutes wait for 2 cocktails?). We saw one cockroach in our villa when we came back from dinner the first day, but we called Guest Services right away and someone was there 30 seconds later to catch it. We didn't have any other issue the other 2 nights we were there. We understand that Thailand/Phuket's tropical weather means that these insects are unavoidable, and we appreciate how fast the matter was resolved by the hotel.

Beautiful villa with private pool, and wonderful panoramic view. Everything was clean and well cared for. The bed is spacious and comfortable. The bathtub stopper was not closing properly so we couldn't take a bath the first night, but it got fixed promptly once we brought up the issue. Breakfast buffet was great with plenty of delicious options, food for lunch and dinner was also very good. 4 free bottles of water per day in the villa. Staff was helpful and nice.

We had the ocean front room with pool access which was super convenient and we could swim right up to the swim up bar. The hotel and staff were great and so I would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was on a hill so the staff had to drive you to the bottom lobby before you can call a taxi. Some taxis may take you to the top lobby but not all.

The staff were very lovely. Our room was cleaned daily and every single time we needed to go to the bottom lobby, they would immediately take us. On the night of Christmas, there was live music and the singers sung beautifully.

- The English of the staff responsible for cleaning is poor so most of the time they don't understand what you mean. - They didn't change the bedsheets during our stay. The room wasn't that clean. They didn't wash the basin. The mugs, dishes, knives, forks and glasses still had stains from previous use on them. - The breakfast could have more variety considering that the hotel is 5-star rated. Not everyone like Thai food for breakfast. They only had one cheddar cheese for breakfast.

Communication was sometimes difficult. For example, we notified reception several times of a broken toilet seat and each time we were told "we'll take care of it", which never happened. When asking questions we were often given a "yes" although the question was clearly not understood. And then there is the (bar) service by the pool. This was way way WAYY to slow. It took ages to wait for drinks/food as most of the time there was one person working who then had to bartend, clean, pick up food from the kitchen, serve food, serve drinks, etc..

Staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area, but only a quick moped-ride to nice beaches and the busy area by Patong beach. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from Patong beach several times a day. The pool area is nice with a very scenic view of the ocean.
