Perfect place for my honeymoon. We loved the infinity pool and the breakfast was amazing with so many different options. Although there are not many restaurants nearby the hotel provides free shuttle service to the patong beach.

The place is not clean enough- smell of mold in parts of the room, Hair on the floor in the corridor, Birds in dinning room.

The room smelled every day heavily like canal probably from bathroom tubes, it was really hard to ignore and balcony doors were making such a noice due to wind I could not sleep, would not book again

It was dark and damp in our room which was right by the staff quarters. It was very noisy and I was woken at 3am, 4am and again at 5am by loud talking and laughing coming from the staff quarters. When I made comment on it the next day, the manager offered to move me to a room with a single bed. I tried to explain there were two of us but she didn’t offer me any other options and suggested we share a bed which was offensive. We paid close to $1300 for our stay for four nights and the service and room conditions were disappointing. I really would not stay ever again.

The infinity pool was great, the pool towels were good quality as well.

The steep hill to the entrance was very daunting for some of the taxis bringing us back to the hotel.

The hotel has been very well maintained and the staff are really friendly. The pool was lovely and the views from a partial or sea view room are amazing. The breakfast has a huge variety of options and the starlings who are trying to help themselves, also, are entertaining (unless they're trying to steal your food, of course!) 😆

I loved everything about Crest Resort, it looks as beautiful as shown in pictures, the views from the property are to die for, the location is not too bad and the food served was absolutely delicious.

Communicating over the phone for room service was a little tricky.

First of all the price is so high normally for luxury hotels in phuket There no view for the room and if you want a view you’ll have to have too much extra And the joke about private pool is a big joke you’ll share it with the neighbors… The rooms is so noisy a lot loud noise from the staf and lobby you can hear everything from the room. Tye food was terrible we ordered and after half hour the food arrived and it was cold so I called the waiter and she said oh i will tell the chef and I didn’t eat my plate.. and paid alot for nothing but no tasty food.. and i spoke with the staff in the lobby that who checked you in and she said i will speak with the manager and no one spoke with me. The hotel shuttle drive you like your in the jungle. I was so disappointed from this hotel and I don’t recommend it.

Not easily accessible. Hotel did provide bus shuttle service but still not as convenient compared to other hotels along Patong Beach.

Not really walking distance from anything (steep driveway) but you have everything you need!

LOVED everything about our stay. We had the family villa which had 2 rooms and a great view. This resort is up on a hill but close to Patong (7 min drive). The grounds were clean and easy to get around. Food was amazing, we enjoyed breakfast and lunch some days from our room and the restaurant. We had our own pool but enjoyed the community pool as well.

We had taken the pool villa. There was construction work happening around and workers could actually see us in our pool. The motor for the pool was making noise. The restaurant staff was very rude asking for 100 baht for even warming food and serving some raw salad veggies. I mean that is obnoxious after I’ve paid almost 400 USD per night. Because of the location of the hotel, I could never get a normal grab taxi and had to always get a Grab plus. All in all if you wanna spend that kind of money there are better resorts to stay at.

The property was good with an excellent pool and well made villas. The property pool and bar was also good. The reception staff were nice and supportive.
