Not close to anything , no good view from the room , not close to beach you need to wait for an hour for shuttle and completely depend on them , and no late checkout even 15 minutes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crest Resort in Phuket with my family, and what could have been a problematic experience turned into a memorable vacation thanks to the outstanding staff and management. We had initially booked a 2-bedroom villa, but upon arrival, we discovered it was damaged and unavailable. This could have easily ruined our trip, but the response from the staff was exemplary. Aman, Guide, Luck, and many others, along with the General Manager, Kenny, immediately stepped in to resolve the issue. They provided us with two 1-bedroom pool villas, ensuring we had ample space and comfort. To further make up for the inconvenience, they also offered a complimentary spa treatment for my wife and me, which was a delightful surprise and greatly appreciated. A special shout out goes to Sirin and Joan at the buffet. Their dedication and service went above and beyond every single day, making our dining experiences truly enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail significantly enhanced our stay. Despite the initial setback, the exceptional efforts by the Crest Resort team turned our trip into one that my wife, kids, and I will cherish for a long time. We look forward to returning in the future, knowing we're in great hands. Thank you to everyone at Crest Resort for making our stay unforgettable.

Me and my partner can’t say a thing we didn’t like.

I liked how it’s isolated and we had our own space. The villa was absolutely beautiful and the cleaners did and amazing job. Reception are angels they made sure we were okay every time and helped with everything we had no clue about.

The only thing is that the panorama view apartments is amazing but you do have people swimming pass your room from midday to 3am in the morning. Can be a little uncomfortable and hard to relax when people are swimming across. Especially if people aren’t respectful or mindful with how loud they are talking. Frequently people are taking photos. These rooms are also located across from the lobby which can get a bit noisy and dining area is located underneath. Just be mindful especially if you’ve taken 10+hrs flight and want to get some rest on the first night. To make the experience better these rooms would be amazingly great if they were private. Especially if you are paying a bit extra for the view

Amazing view. Friendly staff. Very clean, free shuttle bus from 11:00am-5:00pm. One way Express to Patong Beach only and One way express return to Crest. Breakfast has got option for international customers. Gym and sauna clean and maintained. Very nice resort. Highly recommend

It is a little rundown and the rooms are not very big.

The only thing that I didn't like from the location of my room is the club music at night. It kept me awake until the music would stop later in the night. I ended up just running a bunch of white noise in my room which helped a bit.

I really loved having the breakfast included with my room. The resort was quiet and felt more off the grid. I had family staying at the Marriott and I always appreciated coming back to the Crest after I spent time with them. It was like my little haven. The view from the room was spectacular and I enjoyed my in room coffee sitting on the deck in the early mornings looking at the view.

This was our second stay. I don’t understand people giving rate 1/10 because of the position. The hotel position is perfect in a hilly quiet area 1 km from Patong. Just open your eyes at the map! Staff (reception, cleaning, gym staff, breafast) 10/10 Pool 10/10 Sometimes uneducated people storm the pool but that’s everywhere. Room large and clean hope to return here next year this time for 1 month 😆👍

I got food poisoning and our room was positioned in between the kitchen, a stair case where everyone walks to get to their rooms and sewerage. The fire alarm went off 4 times, twice at 6:30am and twice at 10:30pm due to “rewiring”. The rooms need to be sound proofed.
