Not much. I wish the pool was warmer and I would choose a larger room for 3 people but we loved our stay here.

It is in a perfect location. You can walk down the street to numerous bars and restaurants plus it’s in the middle between the pier and Sairee Beach. It has an incredible view from its restaurant and from the pool on the ocean with numerous cute places to sit and take photos. We could even see the ocean from our room on the bottom floor and we sat comfortably on our front porch to enjoy it. We had a very small room for 3 people and would have been more comfortable in a larger room but they were booked. The A/c was cold and there was a super strong fan on the ceiling.

Amazing pool overlooking the sea, quirky rooms each with a different design. Quiet resort but really close to Sairee beach. Nice beach bar with live music (great margarita cocktail)

Brilliant location, our room had an unobstructed sea and sunset view. Infinity pool looking out over the beach. Quirky rooms that were well appointed and had a light airy feel. Friendly and helpful staff. Probably one of our favourite stays on this trip

Nice Hotel where the rooms are of diferent design, clean garden, pool with superb views. We had a triple room which was big and comfortable. We liked the terrace with table, lounge chair and benchs and the hammoc in front. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant accross the street (which belongs to the property) was excellent and value for money. We found the hotel to be quiet, no loud music to be heard from the bars. We stood there for one week and enjoyed every day of it. From the ferry it is 10 min walk, with big luggage is difficult because the walk involves climbing a steep hill. There is a complimentary drop off to the ferry.

The WiFi needs an upgrade as it is frustratingly slow. Also there is sometimes no water pressure in the bathroom, which makes washing long hair quite difficult.

The seaview from the honeymoon suite is exceptional and the whole Beach House is spacious and decorated in a lovely way. The bed is super comfortable so we slept like babies. The breakfast is varied and copious so you start your day in a beautiful way. The small infinity pool is a great spot to chill and admire the sea from (sunset side). The staff is also very kind and helpful, they will offer to book for you what you need if they can. Overall the location of the hotel is central, so it's extremely easy to explore around, preferably with a scooter, except for Sairee beach area which is enjoyable by foot. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

Extremly friendly staff, nice view from room 2, cosy beds. Shuttle to the pier at no charge. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Would stay there again!

No real dislikes, though I was a bit disappointed that the snorkel equipment that was said to to be available was mostly broken and simply not available. Koh Tao is really a wonderful place for snorkeling and scuba, so they should really have that available (especially as advertised) for their guests.

Great view specially for sun set, pool and location - central but quiet, close to Sairee Beach, great breakfast. Scooter direct to be rented by DD Hut. The local beaches are quite small but you can see much better for snorkel as Sairee beach.

The staff was a bit rude, they all looked tired and not really in the mood to help the guests. Also the swing bed outside had many stains of previous guests.

The bed was very comfy and the private pool was amazing. The views from the room were very good, also all facilities in the room were good (big tv so th AirPlay, beach towels, etc.)

I would not recommend trying to walk to this hotel from the ferry if you have big luggage as there is an extremely steep hill to climb on the way, as well as some dirt road parts. I struggled up the hill with just a carry-on size suitcase. so just ask for a ride in advance. we simply forgot to and thought the walk was not going to be a big deal.

Amazing property and we had the best room with the private pool. We loved staying here. Pat was lovely and very helpful throughout our stay, and even helped arrange us a private tour in a large boat for a great price. No complaints and definitely would stay here again!

I was staying there for one month in the room in the Lighthouse building. The room was outstanding. Modern equipped with everything that is needed , even Netflix flat TV for people who need. The whole area, with the restaurant and pool is absolutely great. Also everything is reachable within a few minutes walk. It is placed directly to Sairee Beach. The service was also perfect and always friendly. A free transfer from/to the peer was making my stay perfect. I will definitely come back.
