Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesWow. We booked two nights here and ended up staying for six. We just absolutely fell in love with the place, and recommend it so highly. 14/10 for sure. The room we booked was spacious and comfortable. Our shower had a window with an ocean view, and we could watch the sunset over the water from our front porch. But why would we do that when we could stroll down to the infinity pool on the ocean and watch the sunset there with a beer. Just amazing. Great restaurant facilities as well (two options). Definitely recommend having breakfast at the upper restaurant. Perfect location just to the south of Sairee beach, making it an easy walk to everything, but also quiet and away from the hubbub. Nancy was the best host, and made our stay wonderful. Helped arrange transfers all over the island (since we didn't have a scooter), booked our ferry tickets for us, recommended dive shops, rented paddle boards for sunset and paddled out from the private beach, etc. etc. There's also a free shuttle to the ferry. Truly can't wait to come back again!

United KingdomThe shower was not good at all, low water pressure but also hard to find a happy medium between hot and cold. Big steep hill outside resort we named death hill! The restaurant and bar were not open at all which was a shame as would have been lovely with the views
The infinity pool and view was amazing, our room was literally next to it so perfect for us. Near to the pier too and lots of places on Sairee Beach. Hotel was just so lovely and quirky

United StatesThe location was near a very loud club, so it would play heavy bass music until 2am everyday. Even earplugs couldn't help as your whole body would feel the loud vibrations. So I did not get good sleep at all.
The staff was kind and helpful, the location was close to the beach.

IsraelMattress was super hard, the hot water would come in waves. Then turn freezing, then turn super hot. Every minute or so. There was a weird door lock. Also bad smells from the bathroom and shower, but maybe it’s like that everywhere on the island
Staff and location, 15 minute walk to the center and 5 minute motorcycle ride.

IsraelThe stuff of the reception wasn't so kind and helpful. The rooms weren't so clean, a lot of ants everywhere. Bedsheets were with stains all the time, even after they cleaned our room. The drain in the shower didn't work at all. The bathroom floor was flooded every time you used the shower, even for one minute. The windows don't close completely, so you feel the wind coming in. Our door was without an actual lock. They give you a padlock and one key, so it doesn't feel so safe. The main nightlife area is about a 20-minute walk, so if you're looking to stay around many bars and restaurants, don't choose this property. They don't have shuttle service from the pier, so you have to take a taxi. It's only a 5-minute drive, but it costs 100 THB per person. They do offer a shuttle to the pier, but the hours aren't convenient or flexible at all. There is a ferry that leaves at 3:30 pm, and the only shuttle they have is at 2 pm, so you have to wait more than an hour or pay for a taxi that costs 300 THB. The hotel beach is full of rocks and looked dangerous to enter. We chose to walk about 10 minutes to another area that was much nicer to swim in.
Amazing sea view, nice infinity pool. Location in the southern point of Sairee Beach, quite close to some bars and restaurants, but still very quiet.

AustraliaThe air conditioning would cut out at times making the room be very hot as it gets direct sunlight. The outdoor furniture is very old and is falling apart. Power went out twice.
AMAZING VIEW! The pool and bar were great areas. We stayed in the honeymoon suit - the outside lounges were good for sun baking and having some drinks outside. Big bed. Room gets cleaned daily with fresh towels and water bottles. Very close walk to bars, restaurants, events etc.

IsraelThe hotel messaged us before arrival that they have some constructions going on from 10:00-17:00. The constructions actually started at 8:30 and were really noisy. Additionally, there was a blackout in the area and the hotel doesn't have a generator, so all power went out until 16:00. There were no AC, light, hairdryer, anything.
The infinity pool and the view from it to the ocean and beach was wonderful. The room was spacious and nicely designed. We had a cute patio at the entrance with an ocean view :)

BelgiumThe water in the private small pool is quite cold. Choice of breakfast is very basic, coffee and juice is terrible, so next time I will book without breakfast. The sea front restaurant and bar were not open yet which was very disappointing. At departure we had to pay for the shuttle service to the pier because we left early morning.
We stayed at the pool villa: the room is very comfortable and spacious and the view is superb! The hotel is at walking distance from the famous beach with it's nice restaurant and lively bars. Overall we had a great stay but the price for this particular room is too high for Thai standards.

PeruThe bathroom could use a good scrubbing or maybe fresh paint... the aircon was stuck between 21C° and 24C°. The bedroom door doesn't close without a lock, very inconvenient when one person wants to stay in the room and the other wants to leave. Can't sleep in or go to bed early without having to get up to close or open the door.
The location for sunset is ideal. The rocky beach was good for swimming.

PolandThe room was smelly and amazingly dirty. We had stains on the bedding, different types of bugs, the bathroom was from a horror movie, same as a separate shower room. We were not informed about there is a room renovation above us, which didn't allow us to relax in/near by our room. In the morning there is a sewage smell around the rooms and restaurant so good luck eating anything there for breakfast, we gave up when our plates arrived.

AustraliaRoom was dated and needs an update. It looks like this is happening as there are a few rooms at the location that look recently renovated. Bathroom was a bit smelly and if the room and/or bathroom didn't have a window open it would permeate the room (I have found this can happen in Asia due to sewage systems).
Stunning view, great location. Easy walk into main area of Sairee Beach but far enough away for it to be quiet. Pool area was very nice. Gorgeous view over the water out to sea and up along the coast towards Koh Nangyuan. Very helpful and friendly staff.

IsraelThe room was boiling hot when we arrived, the a/c goes off when you take the key from the room so every time we went back the room was hot and we had to wait about 30 min so the a/c would chill it. Sheets were a bit stained, and in the bathroom was a bad smell all the time and also at the pool area.
Pat and the crew were very friendly. Free transpot to the peir. Good breakfast. Great location, close to the beach and pubs/restaurants but not too close so it was very nice and quiet.

PolandAir conditioning did not work properly, it was jumpy. It smelled like old eggs in the bathroom. All the time! We had thousands of mosquitos in the room and few gekos. Widows have big holes and maybe they entered via there. Don't book this place if you are afraid. We even had a big Cockroach. Not that friendly people at reception. They offer pier transportation. But for pick up, they just ignored our messages
We liked the interior design of the room. It really gave you the feeling, like you are in the beach house. The location was good, next to the beginning of the street where everything is going on. You could do loundry. The swimming pool was amazing and views were stunning. Sunset was - oh my god! Friendly people at the restaurant. It was quiet.

CanadaWe had contacted asking about a pickup which was arranged via WhatsApp, however, the worker gave us the wrong number and it didn't work out. While it was a hot 10 min walk up from the pier, she did apologize and rectify the situation by offering us free breakfast. So it worked out in the end and I would recommend arranging pickup as their is a hill for those walking with backpacks.
The location was great. Only 10 minutes to the main part of Sairee beach. We were also able to conveniently rent a scooter right out front. Our room had a nice view and was spacious with a good working AC.
