Not clean enough and the beds in bad condition

There is little to complain, but the toilet wasnt working well, despite repteated requests, they could not fix it well. The other gripe was that there were no dental kits or some other amenities one usually expects of this level of hotels. OTherwise it was great

The property is beautiful. Colonial style, takes you back in time. Right next to the river. The staff were very helpful. You will need a vehicle as there is nothing nearby. The room mini bar was complimnetary, with soft drinks and juices which were replenished everyday. The breafast buffet was good, however on our last day we were told that due to low occupancy the buffet was not there, and we could order from a menu, which was OK. The pool is great. Very calm and quiet place.

Very comfortable and classic Thai Colonial style Hotel. It has a grand feel and nice views of the river. Pool is beautiful. Breakfast is quite good. Location is a little bit out of town so it's fair distance to restaurants, etc.

The property is run by a agency as we found out, which has resulted in the limited number of staff working flat out to deal with such a huge hotel complex! The restaurants are mostly closed with limited opening hours and breakfast busy with little choice.

The hotel and the grounds are very impressive with colonial type rooms with generous room sizes. The grounds are spacious and amazing views on the riverbank

There are too many flies at the breakfast room. The hotel needs to do something about it. Flies were on bakery, not hygineic at all. The floor mat in the room is nice but it is an hazard as the mat is very slippery on the wood floor. I suggest the hotel add in a anti-slip/skid material underneath the mat.

Beautiful nature. Room size is good, very comfortable. It is a place for relaxation.

Although the pool and the surrounding area was very impressive the pool water quality left a little bit to be desired. On the plus side, staff were working on the quality throughout our stay.

Stayed on New Year’s Eve and normal inside bar not open as staff were opening the outside bar for the evening entertainment. We attended the outside buffet/bar so not sure if the inside bar opened at the same time.

Wide breakfast choices all v good. All staff that we came into contact with were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast wasn’t too our liking. There was a lot of choice however I’m I don’t like curry for breakfast. There was a muesli salad, the bread, nice, chicken sausages and hashbrowns.

Perfect location to see the River Quay the death Museum. There’s a lovely elephant sanctuary, 45 minute drive away, the taxis are very cheap. If you get them privately not through the hotel.
