The location of the hotel inside the old town is a real bonus in that you can walk easily to pretty much everywhere. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms ( we had a waterfall room ) , are literally spectacular. The staff are all charming and so helpful. The breakfast was the best we had in all our time in Thailand.

This has been by far the best stays I have had in a boutique property in a very long time. From the arrangements for my father’s 60th bday to everything else in between, this hotel is the perfect place to get real pampering. The food, especially has been exceptional and the service by staff was on point too. Kudos. Would love to visit again and relive the luxury.

Every thing about the property from located to the afternoon tea they serve is exceptional and the personal note in the room. The sweet dreams message that comes with the choclate was cherry on the cake. And the bath amenities they provide are of such a high standard.Haven’t seen it anywhere.

The staff were attentive and delightful. The food was exceptionally good - beautifully presented and innovative. Lots of extras included - which was a lovely and very welcome surprise. Afternoon Tea for example was complementary and of exceptionally high quality.

The only thing I’d say would be the lightning is a little low and hard to see particularly in bathroom when getting ready and putting on makeup. But it wouldn’t stop me from coming back a million times!

The Inside House was phenomenal. The hotel is gorgeous and Instagramable at every turn of the property. The service is impeccable. I’ve stayed at numerous places within US and international and NOTHING tops this place! We stopped at various cities in Thailand and this was my groups favorite! I can’t say enough about it. And it’s in a great walkable location. Will forever compare my next stays to The Inside House!

- couldn’t figure out how to turn on the water feature near the pool. It may have been broken? If there was a switch it was very well hidden - 2000bhat security deposit, would have been nicer to pay this in cash and returned by cash instead of on card and returned after 10-14days. - A lot of mosquitos due to the pools

- stunning hotel, very clean - amenities from mosquito spray to hair straighteners, such thoughtful touches - a separate halal breakfast menu, the drinks at breakfast were amazing - bath foam available for the bathtub - good location - private swimming pool

There are a lot of mosquitoes. It was very uncomfortable to sleep at night. I felt like I was slapping a mosquito every three seconds, but I understand it comes with the territory, especially if you have a big sliding door/window room.

The staff a wonderful the food is great. The accommodating breakfast was very tasty. The location is decent easy to catch a took took around. The teatime treats were wonderful!!!!. The staff was very accommodating. I appreciate the complimentary bottle of champagne when we arrived as well. When we left, they gave us a to go lunch box. Very tasty sandwich. Thank you.

Nothing I didn’t like to be honest!

The property is stunning from the minute you enter. The staff was very welcoming the minute you enter and the service was exceptional each and every day of my stay. The calm and kind staff really make this stay a relaxing one. Every ask we needed was attended to and the food was amazing! I will definitely stay here again when I come back next time! Also kudos to the owner for selecting staff with precision and consistency- never seen this level of customer service in all of my luxury stays & I’ve stayed at many!
