Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SpainGeneral cleaning when we moved in no was the best one tbh (the towels and duvet set was clean). No fridge, this can make a huge difference in this review at least. No kettle, but they sell coffee for 30bth. The bed was uncomfortable for a long stay.
The location was really good, for what you pay compared to others in the area is ok. But if you expect something for the room, find a different one. Paul was really nice and you get what you pay at the end. Note: The street looks a bit weird, not too much light, but is a local area of house and no other hotel so you will be fine.

United KingdomThe location of this hostel is great, 20 minute walk to the walking street, less than 5 minutes to the beach. The host was so nice and helpful with booking trips and has a good quality pool table you can use for free. There’s a fridge that you can pop things in too. It’s great value for money, we stayed 6 nights and would stay there again :) I would recommend booking the pink dolphin trip through this hostel to get a good discount! It was such an amazing day!

SwitzerlandI had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hostel and would not recommend it to anyone. First and foremost, the hygiene was absolutely unacceptable. The entire place had a horrible, lingering stench—probably due to poor ventilation and lack of proper cleaning. The bathrooms were filthy, the bedding felt unwashed, and there was a general sense of neglect throughout the hostel. However, the worst part of my experience was the behavior of the owner. He is extremely touchy and makes uncomfortable advances, particularly toward male guests. Even after clearly saying no multiple times, he continued to push boundaries, which made my stay feel unsafe and disturbing. I was shocked at how openly inappropriate he was. I would strongly advise anyone—especially solo travelers—to avoid this place. Koh Samui has plenty of other great hostels where you can feel safe and comfortable. This is definitely not one of them.

SpainThis place is a Party hostel, for 2 days in a row in the night. They don’t allow you to rest. So noisy because of music and load voices and screaming. The staff was so rude after complaining for that. Party till 3am. The bathroom was so dirty. No clean properly. You need to call them to do the checkout because they are not there. Business not so serious. If you have the chance to other accommodation try to avoid this one.

United KingdomOne of our beds didn’t have a curtain as described on booking.com no discount was given even tho it was only the bed in the room like this. Even beds with curtains only had side and not back or front. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR FEMALE SOLO TRAVELERS! The walk to the dorm is different to find and in complete darkness not safe! We were given a fluffy blanket instead of a towel. No light in bed only socket. Big gap between wall and bed so many of my belongings fell down during the night. No barrier so if you roll and on the top bunk. Good luck! Very dirty bathroom/showers. Need a good clean.
Bed was clean, receptionist was helpful. There was air con and bed was okay.

DenmarkNever book this hostel! The staff steal from their guests. My partner and I stayed in a private room where we had two burglaries in two days. We had 10,000 baht stolen by the receptionist and there was no way to get it back even though we knew it was her. The owner didn't care. He told us to go to the police, which we did, but they don't do anything about it. Furthermore, we were not the only guests who had money stolen. We talked to two other guests who had been through the same thing.

ThailandHad a gross smell that will stay on your clothes and things for awhile when you leave. Would be nice for the shower to have hooks to put your things. Privacy curtains are needed and so are good blankets - mine were falling apart completely. This hostel should be much cheaper than it is.
