Great breakfast, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, lovely private pool. fantastic little local restaurant just over the road about 5 min walk away, over all a great relaxing stay.

The facilities listed were pre Covid. There’s no bar or restaurant and the garden with the big swimming pool belongs to the private house next door. Booking.com has not verified the facilities currently available.

The only slight negative is it's about a mile out of town but a cheap tuk tuk got us home easily every night.

Great place. Only 4 rooms really quiet. The staff were really welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough for you.The rooms were huge and comfortable. I really enjoyed it there.

The room was beautiful, the bed was comfy, the room was MASSIVE with a gorgeous, large bath. Balcony had seating and a chaise lounge. Super clean, comfy and lovely staff. Great location. The best bit was the INCREDIBLE! breakfast. a 5* experience.

Small detail but the beach close to the hotel is in practice no longer accessible because the ocean's reach seems to have expanded over the years.

This is a truly excellent place. A small boutique hotel for people who value a personal approach. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The breakfast must be one of the best I ever had, including various healthy options, while enjoying a magnificent view over the ocean. Great value for money. The pictures on the website are accurate and trustworthy.

Beautiful hotel away from the busy (and tacky) parts of Hua Hin. The rooms are large and the beds very comfy. The breakfast is simply amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

There are some garbage along the way to beach. It’s not so quite good looking.

The bathroom door had no handle inside, girlfriend was stuck inside, because couldn't open the door. Breakfast restaurant on the top floor, no elevator.

Staff were really great and the hotel was amazing! Was totally surprised by the breakfast, usually hotels skimp on it, but not Dune! great location away from the noise but within walking distance to restaurants. Beach is just a 1 minute walk down the side street. We will definitely be back!

Room was not what I believe I had booked. The room with rooftop pool is actually not a room, but where breakfast is served. The website gives the impression that is the room you are purchasing, but in reality you get the ground floor with a small courtyard pool and nowhere for the sun lounger. Very disappointed 😞
