The hostel was very small, just one room and toilets. It looked like they turned a shop into a hostel.

The hostel was clean at all times including the bathrooms. It has good location, close to the beach and clubs and its quiet if you want to sleep. The lady that works there is so nice and even though she doesnt speak English, she tries everything to communicate and help :)

This is literally just a room. You step off the street, through the door and you’re instantly in the dorm. So it’s a bit odd! There’s two showers between the whole dorm which I think has 16 beds - so that can be a bit inconvenient.

Easy location, sociable, friendly staff. Straightforward and basic. The complaints aren’t even really complaints - it’s just got a bit of a weird setup!

The bathrooms could do with updating There is no reception and the external sliding door literally leads straight into the bedroom from the street- this was often left a little open where mosquitos can get in.

Some guests were appalling in their behaviour coming in at 2am shouting and having phone calls. One night I was woken up to two lads of top bunks accross from each other having a loud conversation even after being told off it did not stop. Maybe more signage around stating when to be quiet. Not the hostels fault just a bad load of guests when I was there

It is an easy place to stay in the centre of phi phi. Very expensive at £17 a night it is just a room not even a reception but bed was comfy and had 2 showers and toilets.

Could do with more mirrors or a full length one! Other than that it did the job just fine and I felt safe. There wasn’t really a social aspect to it but if you just want somewhere quiet and central and not party central this is good.

It was very small just a room with two bathrooms but the bed was comfy with a great curtain, reading light and plug socket. Could store my bag under the bed and you also got given a key for the small locker. Free breakfast of toast and biscuits/cake things and coffee outside.

People leaving bags out rather than under beds. No where to put clothes outside to dry Small , cramped social area outside. Not easy to meet new people as a solo traveller No trips offered or advice available for trips etc Broken English but tried to help.

Other USERS DON'T follow hostel etiquette by making late night phone calls at 11pm and talking loufly when they enter late - naybe a large sign in the room to remind them. Not many mirrors. No where to hang wet clothes

The only common area is outside towards the street, it is under roof but not very big. You can still hangout there and meet other people, but nothing inside. The hostel is basically just a big room with beds, nothing fancy but it works.

Hostel in the middle of Phi Phi. Close to everything, but calm so you can sleep at night. Curtains and well working AC for the beds. Pretty clean aswell, both hostel and bathrooms. Worth the money. Staff is welcoming.

The hostel consists in one big room and a small bar for breakfast in the street. That’s it, you open the door and the only room is there, which wouldn’t be an issue if there were a common space outside. There no place to chill and relax other than bed. Also, the bathrooms should have more space to put things when you go to take a shower. It could be useful to have some shelter in bed space to put your belongings, as well as a large mirror in the room. Overall it’s ok for the money and considering that Phi Phi is a place not to be longer than two or three nights

The quilt provided for the bed was a little bit small for me so it got a little bit cold in the morning.

The lady that worked there was very nice and accomodating. Everything was new and clean since it's a newly opened location. Beds were comfortable and clean.

When we initially arrived, everything looked okay but looks are deceptive! Firstly, the light to the toilet barely worked and you have to give it a good hit to turn it on. To add to the toilet problem the toilet seat was loose and due to it being right below the shower it was also very wet. In terms of sleeping, good luck! There is no air conditioning and instead there is simply a couple of fans on the ceiling which make the top bunk bed especially hot, also the light doesn't seem to turn off till 2:30am (and doesn't turn on till gone 10am). This however is the least of your worries, there are bed bugs EVERYWHERE. My partner and I have got bites all over our legs and on our backs. When we woke up we could see them on the curtains and crawling over the mattress. What made this even better is that they had gotten into our stuff so after a night of very little sleep we set about washing and drying all of our clothes to kill off the bed bugs. We told the host and to their credit they refunded us a single night's fee however we spent most of that on tumble drying our newly found friends. By the way, we weren't the only ones a couple left just hours after checking in and another lad switched beds three times all due to bed bugs.

Location was good, the lady who checked us in was polite enough. That's about it to be honest

Review easy hostel Don’t go there!! Bed Bugs, cockroaches and an owner who is only interested in good reviews and decides which problems he’ll answer and which not. We (3 girls) booked Easy hostel for 5 nights because of the good reviews. In our first night we saw seven bedbugs and some cockroaches. We were disgusted and spend the night outside waiting for the owner to answer (a man who stayed also in the hostel told us that he had answered him all night). In the morning the answer was that we have to deal with that over booking. So we did that, but the whole day, the owner wrote me every 20 min, even though he’d told us he can’t do anything, only booking. It was really confusing and stressful, he told us that he will take care of the bedbugs but each night it got worse, so we decided to contact him to get some discount or anything or maybe just to get an apology, but NOTHING, so we decided to write a bad review to warn everyone.

No house rules. Unfortunately some fellow guests thought it ok to chatt loudly before they went clubbing at midnight and when they returned at 6am. No rules means sex in bunks is ok, vaping and leaving luggage anyware is no problem

This is a small hostel managed by a lady and it serves the backpackers purpose very well. They had a toaster, bread and coffee at their pantry, great for a quick breakfast.
