United KingdomWould recommended this place stay was faultless. Amazing breaky, best views lovely chill music. Bar staff great. Fire shows anazing! (Just beware of the fuel in your eyes stay back!) Great little touches in rooms which made the stay comfortable. Staff were great so accommodating and kind! Very good AC system, big smart tv. All amenities provided. Only downside was hardly any wardrobe clothes space, we manged but mostly used the sofa which just looked messy. Bed was comfy softer than most in Thailand. We stayed in a premium room and it was so spacious bright and comfy, no noise . Only noise is aeroplane all around this area so just be aware and delivey guys bit noisy in the AM. They kindly provide Earplugs and you get used to it plus planes stop at sleeping times. Cons, guests should be advised if you taking the pool out of action on fridays for your large events on Saturday, cocktails could be much better for the price you pay..and you can't take beach towels out of the resort. Should have a card system so you can atleast go to the beach! At the beach resort.

Everything is walking distance and taxis arrive to the hotel promptly when ordered on the Grab app. The rooms were spotless and noise wasn’t a problem at all (despite being in a lively area). The fire show was entertaining and staff did everything they could to help.

NetherlandsI didn't have hot water and they tried to fix it but were unsuccesful so they moved me to another room. The room is pretty basic but nicely decorated so don't expect anything fancy. The pool was not inviting (didn't look clean enough). The breakfast is on the low side as well (but the coffee was great).
A nice little hotel right in the heart of the very popular and lively Chaweng area. The rooms are decent but I would advise to take the delax rooms as they are much better than the standard ones. The hotel is oriented for the youngsters and couples so it holds parties and loud music which was great for us but keep in mind if you're travelling with kids.

United KingdomLOVE! This place, stayed here for my boyfriends 30th and the staff made such a fuss decorating the room and saying happy birthday as we walked past it was so lovely and appreciated. Beautiful detached bungalow, gorgeous pool/bar area on the beach with fantastic DJs at night ! And fire shows, lovely food, great tucked away location in Chaweng right on the beach front, staff were exceptional would recommend this hotel any day. We had an amazing stay at elephant beach club samui ! Thankyou :)

Stunning accommodation with probably the best hotel breakfast we've had in Thailand (fresh food, great coffee and juice). The staff are on hand to help with anything you need and they manage the sunbeds and beach beautifully. Some reviews say this place is noisy - you're staying in Chaweng!! But we heard nothing at night, the rooms are well insulated. It's worth noting there is a big party here on Saturday nights though which I'm sure is quite loud (we didn't stay on a Saturday night). Absolutely worth staying here.

United KingdomThe drains in the shower wet blocked so the whole bathroom flooded every time we showered. There wasn’t any warning about the party at the hotel until 4am on the Saturday prior to booking. It is very loud. On the morning of check out, one of the members of staff came to our room to remind us we were checking out at 11am (it was only 10:30am) - we found this quite patronising.
