The manager gave me the choice between rooms and i was able to get a giant room (part of a suite). He was also there to welcome me even though i've arrived a bit late.

There are 3 rooms all next to each other and there is no soundproofing so you hear everything from the next toom and in fact every sound is 10 times louder and the owner in the morning starting hammering something in both rooms on the walls. There also must be a gap in the meshes in the bathroom as there was a steady flow of mosquitos coming in.

Location in the town (not that interesting) close to a good restaurant and nice room.

Place was very clean. We stayed in the big house. Spotless bathroom. The room was huge. It was way better than expected based on the pictures.

Lodging is generally clean. Bedding is comfortable. Central location in Mae Cheam Town. Food stalls/shops are along main street that is just 100m away from lodging .More Cafe and restaurant of reasonable standard is withing 3 km distance in the direction of Doi Inthanon. The food pricing is very reasonable.

There were quite a few bugs in the room but we had fly spray and an electric bug zapper so it was ok. Hopefully the future may see a sofa or a table & chairs with a double bed in the room given the enormous space.

The rooms are HUGE! The air con is cold & quiet. There's a fridge, kettle, coffee & cake! 2x600ml water bottles. There's even 2 toilets. The family is so friendly and you can walk to town. Plenty of parking too.

It was tranquil and peaceful. Though the room does not have most amenities a frequent traveller would expect, the ambiance of the place and it's accessibility to convenience stores, gas station, and restaurants or eateries more than compensate what is lacking in the room. Thank you to the owner for waiting our very late arrival as we have drove from Bangkok to Mae Chaem mid-day and it was a 12-hour drive 😂. We have not taken photos of the room and bathroom.

The staff is not friendly and helpful. When we arrived the only word was "passport". That's it. No free refill for water, nobody to ask to get new toilet paper etc. No tea/ coffee in the morning. For one night okay. Only one small blanket for two people. It gets cold during the night. Ac was blowing right on our heads

The room was clean, although the shower was dripping and the bathroomfloor got wet after a while. Great location. Value for money is great

Great place to stay along the Mae Hong Son Loop. Deano was the perfect host who helped us out with our washing, local food and bars 🙂

In the bathroom were holes through the wall, so we were little bit afraid of insect that could get inside.

Quiet location near the city center, parking on the place. Good choice if you want to visit Pa Bong Piang rice fields.
