My only "complaint" is that the beach right in front of the hotel isn't that great. It's more of a pier with rocks so you have to drive a bit to get to a super nice beach like Ao Manao Beach but not a deal breaker. The area around the guest house still has a great vibe and it's very charming.

I was very impressed with this guest house and would totally stay there again. The owners and staff put a lot of work and effort into making their place look great. It has a wonderful seaside vibe that says "Come and Relax" here. Awesome location. Close to everything including shops, 7-11s, restaurants, Ao Manao Beach and downtown Prachuap. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Great rooms, comfy beds, big spacious bathrooms where you can shower and not get absolutely everything wet everywhere else. Nice to have a mini-fridge as well and a small convenient swimming pool too.

The air freshener used in the room was overpowering. And initially, the WiFi was not working in my room. I mentioned it to the manageress/owner, who got one of the staff to fix the router. Once fixed the WiFi signal was average or fair, not strong enough to watch Netflix.

The hotel has a well-loved garden facing the bay.My room, number 5, on the first floor was very comfortable, facing the setting sun. I could access YouTube on the television, so that was my evening entertainment. Plus, the breakfast was very good, with a buffet of several Thai dishes, coffee sliced white bread, two jams, and a toaster.

artificial bird noises came from a loudspeaker at a high volume. That was annoying. You really need a car or scooter to get to any place of interest from there.

You stay in nice little bungalows with a veranda. The room was very clean and had a large fridge. Plenty of space for parking.

It is not critic for this hotel but for almost everyone in Thailand. They give you 2 plastic bottles everyday even if they have a water fountain available. They must try to reduce this plastic waste. Breakfast could be hard for European people.

Very nice staff, AC and fridge available in the rooms and good WiFi connection. Little but cosy rooms and bathrooms. They have water fountain to refill your bottles.

It's probably a bit far from the main area of prachuap khiri khan so you do need to hire a motorcycle.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was very soft and the bathroom a good size. The shower was very good. The hotel hired me a motorcycle for 250 baht for 1 day because you need one to go around as it's a few kilometers from the main part of prachuap khiri khan. I ate dinner in the restaurant 1 night and it was very nice. They also organized a motorcycle taxi back to the van. If you go by bus it will cost 150 each way on a motorcycle taxi from where the bus drops you which is a fair price.

small single rooms, no possibility to hang wet towels, no closet, no shower gel or shampoo for a 2* hotel, it stinks disgustingly from the sink, no knives at breakfast, no creamer for coffee, breakfast poor!
