Nice clean room, staff were friendly friendly. The hotel and grounds were well maintained. Short walk to Big C and Terminal 21. Plenty of parking.

The room was worn shabby and and the equipment was old. The hotel need’s modernisation it’s at least 25 years old and not well maintained. The pool has bad algae growth along the bottom which suggests that it is not clean. There is no safe entry/exit from the pool. There was at no time any pool attendant at the pool or the gym. The restaurant menu is limited and the staff need better training. The standard of spoken English in the hotel is poor for a hotel claiming to be 4 star. Staff appear focussed on cleaning main public areas and not on attention to detail.

The staff were friendly and they tried their best. The location was central.

We were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade. The room was very large, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast has enough of a variety to suit most tastes and diets. Located quite close to the facilities we had to visit.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent staff. Previously I was critical of the food, but this trip Pad Kah Pow, prawn, excellent. Surplus breakfast, both Thai & Western.

The staff only put 1 bath robe in the closet. Upon checking out, they found the one robe & swore they had put 2 & accused me of stealing 1. They wanted to search my luggage. They found nothing because I took nothing.

It is old and requires refurbishment. The breakfast didn't meet my expectations. At 0915 hours, most of the buffet was empty. There were no tomatoes left to add to the scrambled eggs. Although the presentation of our drinks by the pool was great, the quality was extremely low.

The location is superb. The staff is friendly. The pool is old, but cozy.

The crossings at the traffic lights are not safe. The shopping 🛍 is near but ask the desk to get you a taxi. We walk to English pub Monkey Bar but pavement/sidewalk very uneven. We get tuk tuk back.

Declaration: We love ❤ this hotel. Staff are warm and helpful and cheerful, makes you feel good. Beds are so comfortable. Great location for shopping. Terminal 21 and Big C across the road.

Hotel is a bit old. The wind from air condition came directly to the table and cannot adjust the wind direction.

Very little to say against this place. There was no staff on duty at the pool or fitness in the afternoon. Light / Aircon control box in the room a little accentric until you get used to it.

Bathrooms need more attention, very dirty, towel need to change. They do not provide iron and iron board as hotel policy and I ask front office how I can iron my cloth as that time I check in late, and I have to leave early morning. I got shock answer it belong to guest so I ask her for superior person which can be solve the problem in better way. Thank you to GM that he assist and solve the problem.

We were charged THB200 for a face flannel which apparently went missing during our decent to the Lobby and the hotel staff checking the room. We would thoroughly recommend that any guest ask for the room to be checked in their presence before checking out.

Room was spacious and well equipped and although it could do with a good spruce up, everything worked.

The bathroom shelf where personal care kit was kept was quite odd and difficult to see and find things. Hot shower water was not constantly heated. It was hard to adjust. The shower itself was broken.

This hotel always makes me smile. It just has that ' enjoy your stay' feel. And you know you will. Breakfasts are fantastic, all you need buffet style. Staff are so helpful.

Its old, really need renovation, dont believe the pictures. They build the pool in the shadow of the hotel,, so no sun at all
