Perfect location, opposite of the beach near the nightlife by walking, but located in a calm area. Ordinary staff, they flow us to our room after check in and it was very difficult to find our room, the hotel is very big.

Good location, beachfront property in Patong. Yet away from the hustle and bustle. Great ambience..for any age group. Food and service is good too. Rooms quite nice. Great pools...both the deck pool and lagoon pool. Lovely lounging spots.

The pool in the Deck is small and getting dirty or looks like dirty after a while.

Gerat location. You pass the street and you are at the Patong beach. Hotel has two pools One of them is like a river and great to enjoy. Great breakfast. It is amazing. You can enjoy happy hours starting from 12:00 PM if you follow the ad😊. Staff is great and very helpful. There is a beach club inside the hotel named Deck. I will definitely come back

There were a few things that could have been better. One major issue was the power outage one night. Surprisingly, the hotel doesn’t seem to have a generator, so we were left in complete darkness for most of the night—not ideal in a place like Phuket, where the heat and humidity can make sleeping uncomfortable without air-con and without the ability to open the windows. The room felt a little small for my liking. While it was modern and well-designed, I personally would have preferred a bit more space to move around. Also, being such a large hotel with so many rooms spread across multiple levels, it gave off a bit of a dormitory feel. It didn’t quite have that intimate resort atmosphere you sometimes get at smaller places. If you’re after something more boutique and personal, this might not be the best fit.

It was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect—right across from the beach and close to all the action in Patong, but still with a relaxed and comfortable feel. The room was modern, clean, and well thought out, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfy—one of those proper “sink into” kinds that makes it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The layout worked well, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The breakfast was a standout, with a great mix of Asian and Western options. Fresh tropical fruit, pastries, eggs cooked to order—you name it. And the coffee was strong and just right, which is always a plus! The pool area was definitely a highlight—plenty of spots to relax, a great atmosphere, and a solid poolside bar serving up refreshing drinks. The beach is just across the road, but honestly, we spent more time by the pool because it was so easy and enjoyable. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. From check-in to recommendations and general service, they made sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Four Points by Sheraton Patong Beach is a fantastic choice for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing stay in Phuket. If you're looking for a place with great service and a top location, this is it. Would definitely stay again!

The pool inside the hotel is unfortunately closing at 7pm. But can continue swimming in the roof pool. To Open and Close the bathroom sinck is a little but tricky. A description would bit helpful.

We had an amazing stay. The room was clean, spacious, quit and well equipped. We were really impressed about the kindness of the whole staff team and the huge breakfast buffet. The roof pool with the view to the patong beach is awesome.
