We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaI've stayed here before & must have had a back room because I have no memories of noise from the street. This time I had a room facing the street & it was really noisy during the day. I complained wanting a change of room which would have been possible for 1 night but not 2. Desk staff gave me a set of ear plugs which made the night tolerable.

AustriaThere’s foul smell from the drain in the bathroom and if you have inconsiderate neighbors, you will have a hard time sleeping.
Great location, close to everything you might need and a 30min drive from BKK airport. Staff was absolutely lovely and the facilities were modern and well maintained.

PhilippinesThe hotel is in a great location near a mall and food street, making it very convenient. The staff is accommodating and communicates well. You can also leave your luggage if needed. The room was clean and well-maintained throughout the stay. However, my sister's check-in took too long—almost 2:30 in the afternoon, likely because the room was still being cleaned. Overall, a good stay, but check-in could be faster.

There are Watsons, convenience stores, cafes and McDonald’s nearby. The hotel is also close to the BTS station (Victory Monument). Location is great and room is clean.
