We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sri LankaLocation is perfect. If you are traveling to bangkok for shopping, hotel location is perfect because pratunam market and indra square is walking distance. Have so many dining options. A 7-11 is next to the hotel. The road might get crowded and traffic in busy hours. Hotel had late check out options and airport taxi services. Airport taxi was very punctual and the driver was very friendly. Late check out charge was reasonable. Briefly hotel is worthy for the money paid.
