The room was advertised as 236 sq feet. I measured the room, including the bathroom, and it measured exactly 135 sq feet. The bed was uncomfortable.

There is a bar nearby and so there was loud music playing all night. I had to sleep with earplugs. Two air conditioners create such cold that you can freeze. There is no blanket. I covered myself with a towel to keep warm.

The hostel has a good location. Very hospitable hosts. Free coffee at reception. A good option if you are not going to stay on Phi Phi Island for a long time.

The rooms and bathrooms were not clean, grime around the plug hole in the sink hadn't even been wiped. The mattresses were honestly rock hard and so uncomfortable. My main problem was being charged THB2000 key deposit when we checked in, but only given THB1000 back on check out! I was then shown the receipt that said 500 per room (we had 2 rooms). I wish i had paid more attention when we checked in, because this was false, we paid 2000, (1000 per room) not 1000!

Great central location, close to everything, but obviously not beach front. Fairly cheap compared with other accommodation, but also very basic and not very clean. If we were staying for more than a few nights, we would have paid more to stay somewhere much l, much nicer.

We had two rooms. Other was twin, other double. Both AC units need total cleaning. Nobody knew how to open the safety boxes, finally got the other opened. Small fridges, no complimentary water. No kettle, coffee was available in the reception, but forbidden to take into the room. Couldn’t close the twin rooms window properly. Also linen had stains and holes. Thick blankets, had to take those away. Much noise in the night from the bars outside.

Easy to find. Good powerful shower, though very cramped (toilet seat and shower together). Bed wasn’t too hard. Check in and out smooth. In the middle of everything.

Location if you want to sleep before 3am. Music is ridiculously loud. The room needs painting, the bed lamp didn’t work. Notices all over the room about fines for everything.

The bathroom doorknob doesn’t work properly.

My friends and I stayed here for two nights in a Deluxe room with two king-size beds. The accommodation is located in the center of the island, so it’s not isolated and not dangerous to walk back at night. It’s close to bars, so there is some noise, but it’s not too loud. Since we are not light sleepers, the noise was not a problem for us.

It was a good location and the staff was helpful and we were able to check in early. Everyone else in the room was respectful enough to not be too loud. We stayed for 3 nights. Overall it was a decent stay.

If you struggle to sleep with noise bring earplugs, this is not due to noise within the accommodation but loud music from nearby bars, not unbearable but something to bear in mind.

Great location in the centre of Phi Phi, easy to find and get to and from, accommodation is basic but exactly what was expected and great value for money. Aircon works well.

It's quite loud at night due to its location but that's also more likely just because the island in itself is a party island and anywhere you stay here will probably be a bit noisy at night!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's in a very central location on the Island and for the money you pay the rooms give you what you need.

Staff took ages to check myself and my friends in - they didn’t need any further details from me but just took unnecessarily long. The room was fine for what we paid for but the bathroom was septic - very unclean, soaking wet floor constantly and the toilet roll holder was locked so toilet paper had to be left on top of the sink but it kept ending up on the floor. No fault of the hostel, but all roommates were very loud and inconsiderate of others in the room - younger backpackers coming back in the early hours but speaking at loud volume and waking up everyone else in the room

Everything in this place is horrible, nothing match if the photos on the booking page. Facilities were the worst ever that I saw in a room. The shower is smelling bad, and the drain is blocked. Air conditioning needs a maintenance URGENTLY and the closet is a joke.
