The sheets were not replaced with fresh ones during our 6-night stay. While we didn’t notice the button near the door for requesting this service until the last night, it still seems reasonable to expect a sheet change at least once during such a lengthy stay. So, remember to push the button :)

I would have liked decaff coffee / tea at this hotel, however, it seems Thailand don't know about this yet. Not a problem as I brought decaff teabags with me.

We arrived to bell boys taking our luggage to our room, which was beautifully located near the front of the hotel. The room itself was fantastic, large and exceptionally clean, which is very important to us. The bedding and towels were spotless and changed everyday. We felt very safe and secure with the large security door and had a phone in our room to call reception if needed. We called to get a shuttle to the restaurant and beach which were a short walk away. The staff went above and beyond and were very friendly, all smiles and nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel very welcome. The balcony overlooked one of the swimming pools but was also surrounded by beautiful trees so we felt we had a lot of privacy. We couldn't see the people from the balconies either side of us as the walls prevent them / us from feeling too close. We liked this. This hotel has a tropical feel to it and yet is very modern with everything working like clockwork. We organised a day trip, through the hotel, to see elephants, waterfalls, the Tsunami museum and turtle sanctuary, plus a river raft excursion. It was superb and we loved it. The hotel is beachfront. The sand on the beach is pure silk, white, soft and clean. The sea was warm and the sunbeds were perfect to relax on, this was the most relaxing part of our Thailand trip and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It was the best of our entire trip. The breakfast was good although no decaff coffee which I did miss. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent, a good mixture of Thai and western cuisine which is freshly prepared on site. We also visited the three beach restaurants a short walk along the beach which were also very good. The night fire show spectacle was amazing! I cannot praise the staff enough, they do everything to make your stay wonderful.

Medium size boutique hotel but very cozy , clean and nice. Quiet , clean , nice breakfast. Room’s size is wide and comfortable. I recommend to take the room with swimming pool access. The swimming pool connected to room is deep , wide and no people . You get almost private swimming pool 👍

Long walk to the beach (depending on your room - you can organise a shuttle though), slightly more geared towards families rather than couples, sunbeds were limited, bit of a captive audience (high prices) and the restaurant had great food but slow service and could do with a few more tables (tables quite closely packed)

Lack of sun beds with cushions on them and not enough beds for all guests ! I emailed regarding this before I booked due to several complaints I had read on Trip Advisor. The hotel assured me they had purchased some more. They did not buy enough and you had to be up before 7.30 with towels ready to claim one.

Fantastic long quiet beach which runs for miles. 2 pools with great staff and food. Lovely receptionist who did everything we requested.

The beach side of the hotel is very narrow and crowded and finding a sunbed was difficult. Also some of them were very uncomfortable being too low right on the sand. You can also practise your Russian if you like. We did not.

Very nice hotel The staff were very friendly and professional, especially at the reception and helped us out of two small problems we had. We loved the room and the location. The room was well maintained and the housekeeping kept it super clean. The breakfast was very good and had lots of choices. Also the beach and the ocean is just wonderful if you like the swimming or walking at the beach.

Staff was very welcoming, room is very new and not at all outdated like with a lot of hotels in Thailand (from our experience at least), stylish and clean. Felt right at home, pool access was also great. Rain shower was amazing, as we had just come from a diving liveaboard. Was very much worth it.

The major thing that lets down this resort are the hoards of selfish tourists who leave towels on the loungers. Everyday we were stuck without shade or anywhere to sit, despite empty loungers around us -- people would put their towels down and then leave. The hotel has a policy to remove towels after 30mins but this wasn't enforced in practice. It was not a relaxing experience at all. Such rude behaviour by fellow tourists.

- The air conditioning in the room is a bit smelly make me feel uncomfortable. - Mosquitoes problem and can’t make me sleep well because have some lotus pool for mosquitoes to stay next to the room.

- Customer service was brilliant all staff greeting us and make we feel special. - Location is good for ppl don’t want to traveling much and stay around the hotel that’s have almost everything restaurants, massage, laundry mats and bar but it’s hard for ppl love to go out on high street it will take taxi or motorbike for 20mins

The food at the restaurant. Pork chop was really bad, overcooked and not well seasoned. Chicken was dry too. Overall a disappointment

It was mentioned in other reviews that some guests leave towels and disappear for the day. So better take a chaise long before noon. Also, it’s very crowded at breakfast. We had two cockroaches in our room two days in a row. However, when we told the staff, they offered deep cleaning, and after that all was clear of pests. In general, we saw different bugs, spiders, small lizards in the halls, and only lizards were fine. We have requested a quiet room for the honeymoon but on the second week of our stay one very loud family has been living right above us. I know it’s not fully on the staff but I’m sure the hotel was not 100% booked, and it was possible to separate people with small kids and their screaming granny from people who like to sleep. In overall, it was too expensive and we would like of the level of relaxing was the same.

It’s a very nice hotel in the middle of nowhere if you like to just swim, eat and enjoy yourself. Nice territory, lots of restaurants nearby, good beach. Breakfast is good but simply very expensive (600 baht if not included in the room). Cleaning was swift. Two nice pools. All amenities were provided and water bottles have been renewed every day. There is a nice spa and you get discount if staying for longer than a week. However, the spa staff was a bit too advertising, offering massages all the time, felt pressured to take it.

it was all perfect

A great resort for a great price. It's isolated but perfect, there are still lots of local restaurants as you walk out of the resort and all set in the beautiful tropical forest. Amazing swimming pool and the rooms with the pool access have a great pool too.

Loved our stay here, great friendly staff, we had a pool access room, which was fantasic. Great breakfast. The beach is also lovely, with little restaurants dotted along, the location is quite rural, easy walk to local restaurants, in particular Martini, we went here often, about a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend, we would definetly book to stay here again.
