Location was great. Lots of restaurants, shopping and close to BTS Skytrain. Room is good size and clean. Beverage and snacks are refilled daily. Washer/dryer is great to have. Since it’s so hot and you can do laundry. Good selection of breakfast. Just wish it was hot not room temperature. Overall, it’s a good hotel. I would recommend it to all my family and friends

I really wish we had some more continental options for breakfast, although it was good most of it was to do with pork, so it would be nice to have some more variety with chicken or even continental options itself

Exceptional hotel! One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Bangkok, the views are immaculate, the staff are amazing and highly accommodating. We requested a change of rooms and they really ensured we liked where we stayed and took care of our needs. Highly recommended for anyone in Bangkok looking to stay near shopping areas! The hotel has a lot of activities too like dart games, chess, massage chairs, gaming activities and much more! It added a lot of fun!

First of all, LOVE THE LOCATION! If you want to go shopping, this is the hotel to be at! Walking distance to pratunam market, palladium, central world, platinum mall! So many good deals! and if you don't want to walk, its less than 150 baht for a cab ride back to the hotel! The room we got is very spacious for our family, we loved the space! the staff were very good and very helpful. One thing i would add in the room is dish washing soap, haha i have kids and we wash bottles and pump parts like crazy! we bought some at the grocery store, not a big deal, but it would be convenient to have it when you get to the hotel :) The breakfast is great! They always had western and asian food! Plenty of options!

There really wasn’t anything to “dislike.”

I stayed in the grand suite on the 43rd floor. A washing machine was included, and the room was absolutely amazing. Truly amazing. This was definitely a five star hotel! 1. the morning buffet was great and filled with lots of options for both an Asian and a western breakfast. There is literally no way you could complain about the breakfast options in this hotel because there’s something for everyone. 2. The room was ultra clean, daily maid service was fantastic, and the grand suite room on the 43rd floor had a wonderful view. The grand suite comes with a washer in the room, which is really helpful to travelers. 3. This hotel was a five minute walk to a local train station so very close to where main transportation was located. It’s also incredibly close to large malls and a high-end shopping district. By no means is this some hotel out in the middle of nowhere. I would say it’s truly in an ideal location. LITERALLY A 5 minute walk to the BTS Skytrain gives you access to anywhere you want to be in Bangkok. You just can’t beat that kind of accessibility. 4. I found all the staff I encountered from those working at the front door, greeting customers, to the front desk, staff, to the restaurant, staff and housekeeping staff to be incredibly gracious and welcoming.

Our room toilet was clogged on the first night and dirty water came flooding out in the toilet.

To order coffee was expensive and not great. Could have had a better view from the room but it wasn’t bad.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Good location close to train station short walk to shops. Very clean, great amenities, smells amazing every time you walk in. Security is 24/7 so is very safe and can’t use lift without your room card. Food was also amazing. High quality hotel.

I love this hotel. My family and I have stayed here for about 6 weeks twice now. It’s bright, clean, comfortable, spacious. The staff are always so helpful and kind. We have been so happy here.
