Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room materials (walls, toilet stuff, drawers etc) look a little bit old. But that shouldn't change your mind for choosing this hotel. All other important parameters are great.
Quiet but central location. Staff is extremely helpful and keep smiling all day. Laundry and bike rental services are flawless. Rooms are big enough for 2 people with 2 big luggages. Value for money is great.

A little bit noisy with the noice of the fridge and AC / bathroom equipments.
Perfect location (more calm than Sairee area, very “island life” mood), very kind staff, very clean room. Scoot for rent at hotel area directly.

Not a lot really, it would have been nice to have a pool but this is reflected in the price.
Reception was very helpful and spoke excellent English. So easy to hire Scooters, 5 mins from the heart of the island but far enough away to be quiet.

Ideally located for us, bike hire advised and the hotel has very new well maintained bikes for 250 bhart per day. There is nothing to fault. The value is amazing.

You needed a bike really and no bar/restaurant option... Which isn't a deal breaker but sometimes it's nice to get back for a nightcap

Great place. Comfortable room. We got a warm welcoming including taxi from the pier and cold water and cold tissue to relax from the journey - it was exact what we needed.

Everything! The rooms are super clean and very well maintained. The best of all is the staff! The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. They helped me with everything even finding accommodation the day that they where booked. Will definitely book again! Thanks a lot all and I hope we meet again!

Great hotel on Koh Tao! Our room was very large and bright and well equipped. The rooms are cleaned every day. The lounge area is very cozy and there is even a pool table. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

A lamp or softer lighting would’ve been nice for the evenings. And the balcony chairs were a little uncomfortable after a while.

I rented a bicycle which was not in very good shape...no lights for the bike were provided, if you wanted to ride back from a restaurant in the evening its quite dangerous because no-one sees you!!! There's no breakfast and no restaurant, even though the name says greenery resort and eatery....
I loved the quiet location, restaurants and cafes very close by though, big balcony where I always had my coffee in the morning looking out in the greenery...room was really big and exactly like shown on the pictures. For me it was perfect!

We missed a swimming pool. If the weather and the beach is not good in Koh Tao, quite challenging to spend your time.
Very good location, the staff is incredible. You can rent motorbike upon arrival which is a huge advantage. Also, they offer pier transfer for free. 🙏 We didn’t ask for daily cleaning still the ladies gave us fresh water every single day.

The stuff was really attentive, friendly and professional. The room was beautiful and spacious, well equipped and with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, quite close from various points of interest as well as the centre. Our stay was wonderful, I would highly recommend this place for those seeking a calm and nice stay.
