We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Netherlandsone of guests had health issue and we left early. Booking says hotel does not want to refund, while Hotel says Booking is not willing to process refund. BEWARE, and stay healthy, small print does not protect guests in such case. also, several kilometers from tourist attractions, no transport readily available, so better to have active Uber account
newly build, right on four lane through road. behind hotel is commercial area and major wholesale vegetable and meat markets, trucks and cars turn into that area next to hotel. Room compact and clean but nice shower. Property has elevator, however breakfast is indeed mini.

United StatesThere was only a few things that could be improved. 1.) they had lot of ants. But I’m used to ants being everywhere in Thailand. And to be fair we also had food in our room which would make them attracted more. 2.) The bathroom had a slight mildew smell. it wasn’t very strong but it was noticeable.
The staff was very helpful, polite, friendly and accommodating. They helped carry our bags to the room and escorted us with an umbrella out of the rain from our car into the hotel. The hotel is modern style and very appealing to the luxury aesthetic, although the price is cheap. This was a pleasant surprise. We booked very cozy and small room but that was all we needed. I’m sure the bigger rooms are much nicer:
