Ladys behind the desk spoke english well, they helped out where they could. Location was really good, just outside the music but nearby the busy centre within a 10 min walk

Spainthe laundry service is not express, they take one day and charge a lot, the room was clean but there was insects in the toilet and the toilet was blocked, when we complained they fix it two days after, so we were with a blocked toilet for our first two nights. I personally did not like the cleaness but I could rest well for the five nights.
Its very close to everything, you can walk everywhere and you have a cheap room.

CambodiaI didn't really like the fact that we have to take an elevator to access to the hotel and to register ourselves. I mean that it was quite difficult to find where was the hotel.
For me it is a very good hotel. We book it for our quarantine and even if it was quite expensive due to the PCR test we enjoyed our journey with the free breakfast, the swimming pool and also the well equiped room with amazing beds !

United KingdomRoom wasn't nice had two high slippy steps to get to bathroom which was dangerous to get down from toilet kept backing up wasn't pleasant having a shower in there the air was stale In the room as the only ventilation was on to what I can only describe as a staff canteen and lots of cigarette smoke asked to upgrade to air con wanted 500 baht per night no wardrobe... really couldn't wait to get out of there very claustrophobic and on a ten star scale 1 star would still be optimistic

ChinaElectricity went off, and because of that, the water turned off in the middle of my wife's shower. The reception staff shouted at me like they were annoyed I was there asking for updates, as my wife was stuck in the bathroom with shampoo on her head. The room was absolutely tiny, and the pictures seen on the booking seem to make the room larger ( perhaps with lower focal length? ). There seemed to be much better options around phi-phi, at the same if not better prices, which are walk- in hotels and hostels. We seriously contemplated paying again for a different hotel, and saying goodbye to the money we had already paid at check-in. In the end, decided to just get back to the hotel so drunk, we wouldn't care anyway and went straight to sleep. The agenda the next day was... Wake up, get out. Find another hotel. Very poor, would not recommend. Could potentially put a damper on the entire holiday.

United Kingdomthere was no window! the little strip in the bathroom smelt so bad, like sewage constantly! very tiny room the lady at the desk was so unfriendly and continuously rang me whilst we unpacked upstairs for money! we got there and had stuff we wanted to just put down, lay down and then give passports + money but we could barely sit without her calling and messaging we had no window, the room was very small and stuffy the bedsheets were polyester and the bed itself was rather hard inaccessible, no lift
i liked that it was near a lot of things but still a bit tucked away, and was 10 mins away from the pier the tv was quite cute the fan worked well enough there was a mirror in the room

TurkeyOne of the lady in-front desk was surly and not at all friendly. Room was dirty, and the bedlinen on the bed was tickling. We book room for 2 nights, and they didn’t clean the room second day. They have airconditioner in the room, and they request 200 baht to open it.

PortugalI've stayed here before and can only recommend it. The cheapest room options can be simple, without Aircon and possibly without hot water, so if you need more comfort, you can choose a different room type. And that's probably why this property is rated so low. There are options for every pocket, so be mindful of that. It's well located and the wifi worked fine. The room I stayed at was spacious, with a balcony, fridge, Aircon and fan, and everything we needed for a good stay. Great value for money.

JapanThe room tends to be hot and humid in such climate of island. It may be better to add another fans to ventilate better. Maybe due to the sawage river nearby, sometImes smells appear in building.But it was acceptable if close door and ventilate from the bathroom side. Generally, the air flow of buildings can be improved for a comfortable stay. To sum up, not bad variant, I would like to stay again if I visit Phi island again. Thank you.
The accommodation seems to be managed by a group company which has 3-4 buildings nearby and runs travel agency and massage shop, etc.Where exactly many people work Even though I saw bad reviews, it was not so bad for me. The room was the most affordable event on such island, however, it was nice with private bathrooms and nice hot showers, and fans.With some amenities Cleanliness is Ok. ThailandI had room with no air-condition & just fan, I knew it so no complain at all but fan was fixed to the wall and it didn't blow to the bed! So you can imagine how uncomfortable was at hot weather of island, and air quality in the room was very bad as there are no windows to outside.
