Modern hotel, spacious room, very nice and friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and not hard as in many other hotels in Thailand. Tasty breakfast with a lot of choice. Restaurants, shops and the bus station nearby.

Linen didn't smell very fresh, I also found the concept of leaving a cash deposit for the access card a little strange.

At breakfast, they had cereals, but no yoghurt or milk. There was no vegetarian Thai food.

Excellent location, close to the night market, restaurants, some beautiful temples, and the bus station. My room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

one of the receptionists was indifferent and even preferred to lie instead of solving a problem. The only reason for booking this hotel for such a high price was that it was advertised bathrobes and slippers to be provided, which we thought might be handy in case of cold nights. neither of them were in our room and we went downstairs to ask if it is possible to get them and the reply was: our hotel doesn't have them and never had. when i showed a photo from Booking, immediately they changed their minds and promised to wash them and provide in 2 hours. robes were provided, but slippers not. in the room there were rubber flip-flops for multiple use. i found it highly unhygienic to wear them after other people. at the same time I can understand that personnel have to deal with very uneducated people from several notoriously known countries, who behave like Gods with them and treat them like slaves. but a simple request could be solved easily without resorting to a lie. Swimming pool area might definitely give noise and be distracting, but we stayed on the 3rd floor and didn't find it too annoying. depends on the number of swimmers and their age. but overall, we came to hotel to sleep and it was quite quiet.

There was a smell in the bathroom in Room 110, that they could not deal with. However, they moved us to a new room. On the ground floor, there is no proper window/view.

The staff was very sweet. We had an issue with our room and they offered us a new one. They offe bikes for free (500 BHT deposit).

The warm water ran out on me after some time, but it was manageable. I could hear the activity from cleaning and the pool.

It was very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is very central to just walk and do some sightseeing.

The hotel is clean, pleasant and well maintained. It located about a 10-minute walk from central places in the city. The rooms are clean. The hotel has a laundry facility which is very practical and helpful. The breakfast is good. The hotel staff is very kind and helped us with everything we needed, including booking attractions, booking taxis and any other matter. Mainly would like to mention Al. Thanks a lot.

Breakfast was simple but good. We were able to order the egg, and main meal from kitchen, rest available was cereal, coffee, fruits, juices, desserts, toasts and salad, which we could get as a buffet style. Location was 5 min walk to the night market, lots of massage shops nearby, very convenient. Room was very clean, and hotel overall very clean and new. Loved the facility with the payable washing machine and dryer service. Solved our problem of washing clothes during the holiday. Got a swimming pool at the centre of the hotel, which kids enjoyed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got some extra bits available, i.e, bikes at the reception, cold drinks which can be purchased, umbrellas in the rooms for guests use.

The shower goes hot then cold then hot. Sometimes pressure was weak. Cannot smoke in the balcony.

Breakfast was ok. Location is good. Bed was very comfortable.
