We had initially booked Garden View rooms. The rooms we were given were right at the back/side of the hotel and overlooked a tiny grass area and some bushes and drain covers. Not what I would expect of a 'Garden View'. There is a woeful lack of sun loungers considering how many guests are in the hotel. A lot of guests end up sitting on chairs or on the grass around the pool.

We upgraded to swim up rooms, which were well worth the extra money. The beds are comfortable and whilst the rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side there is everything you need and the cleaners keep them immaculate. The location of the hotel is great with the sea opposite and a food court almost next door which has an array of excellent choices

Noisy rooms. You can literally hear everything that is happening on the corridor or in other rooms.

The pool side was really slippery, unfortunately my wife slipped and fell just getting out of the pool and was on crutches for the rest of the holidays and flights.

The breakfast had many options, but quality of food did not match the options, so you had to be selective. Staff was always helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Being so close to nature was amazing! Listening to the voice of nature every day, just a minute of walking to the beach, breakfast with the birds singing

Some noise from neighbouring nightclub. Thankfully they stop at midnight.

Good breakfast hours 6:30am to 10:30am. Plenty of options for even the most picky eaters. Gym is also open 24hrs (by keycard) - Very clean and spacious!

The breakfast wasn’t as good as other hotels on our trip but was still fine. Sun beds, there wasn’t very many and were soon taken in the morning whilst people had breakfast.

Excellent location, very modern and clean, great positioning, very close to beech and restaurants etc.

The room lacks storage - it could do with some more drawers / hooks and there was a musky smell.

The location is perfect, in a slightly quieter part of town but with everything you need on your doorstep and just down the road from the night market. The gardens and the pool are fab.

there were mosquitos in the room so when we arrived we had to tackle with them at first. after that there were no mosquitos..so it was ok level. sometimes the hallway or somewhere around the beach was noisy late at night.

we arrived earlier than check in timing but they managed to find a room ready to check in for us. breakfast was also great with various choices. swimming pool was nice too. restaurant just next to the hotel(seems it’s managed by this hotel?) was really nice for lunch/dinner as well. we could find long tail boat stop in just few minutes walk. also easy to find stores where you can book one day tours to islands etc.

Not nearly enough loungers or chairs around the pools, nor enough pool towels. Also no umbrellas for shade around the pools.

Dont take garden view, there nothing to see. Pool view was very beautiful.

Breakfast was very abuntant. There was 3 pools. Very beautiful garden. We like everything in this hotel. Quiet, clean, big hotel.
